Manager very unprofessional , my ring was lost in their possession and the saleslady was in denial about it, manager never responded about the situation and when I confronted him about it I was told they couldn’t do anything about it !

2 months in row look at receipts and 1 has $400 extra added next month $100. They blame their computer but none the less. If I didn't notice I would be paying $500 EXTRA!! How many people are getting got?

Took a Mothers ring in for a repair and replacement on 1 of for stones and the piece of gold prong that holds it..$500 total..$100 for repair and $400 for replacement stone..3months later the repair fails, same prong and lost stone again..I call them..the response is " 30 day warranty". I DO NOT! RECOMMEND GOING HERE.

Very smooth process to sign up for credit program. It was not complicated. They had exactly what I went to look for. But I wish they had a bigger selection for woman's rings and earrings.

My experience with Daniel's jewelers in the mall was great, not only did I find exactly what I was looking for but I got a great discount and a free gift I was able to give my son. I can't remember the name of the girl that helped me but she was very friendly, informative, helpful and not to mention beautiful lol. It was a pleasure having her assist me and I will definitely be back soon for another purchase.

Stay clear of this place. Went to look at 14k gold chains. The price for a 21gram chain was 8000$. Gold price on even 18k gold is 44$ a gram today. That's well under 2000$ not 8000$ as a black Friday sale price. Shameful

Me and my finance had a horrible experience here as I came here to get my finances ring and was down played to rings in the hundreds as I brought a down payment of just 5k in cash alone and ended up buying at Kevin’s I then go to get my ring sizes at Kevin’s and stop by here again with my fiancé this time with his intentions of buying a diamond chain bringing 10 thousand in cash for a down payment and he was disrespected and down played before we even got to talk number this place is disgusting ?

Came here with my wife looking for wedding bands, the initial person we talked to was nice and seemed eager to help us but when she asked for help from another staff member he seemed pretty disinterested in what we needed, gave a curt answer and left pretty quickly when it became evident that he wasn’t going to sell us on something we really didn’t want.
