Walked in with cash on hand to pay my bill,the guy behind the counter refused to accept my cash without an ID.ive paid in person before and I have to enter my password on there store keypad.really wish they were user friendly and not turning away customers with cash to spend.

Bought a brand new cell phone the 16th, second one less than a year. Paid in full have not received no upgrades nothing. Well they offer a 7 day return policy, also paid bill two weeks ahead of time. Which ain't due till the 21st at midnight. Well returned the phone on the fifth day with receipt along with the receipt for my bill. Because I decided to go to Xfinity since my internet is there already. Wanted to combine all my appliances cell phone, t.v., and internet. The manager Mayra said I would only receive half the money for the phone. And nothing for the bill I paid ahead of time and wasn't even due yet for the month of January 2023. I'm asking why is that? You don't have any signs saying " No Refunds" posted, nor does your receipt say anything about it in the fine print. She wouldn't answer, but I needed my transfer pin number. She said I needed to call corporate for that? So figured I'd ask them? Well a guy started asking me what was going on I explained. Mayra started telling me to stop talking to her customer. Told her he hasn't bought anything yet so not your customer yet. I was talking to corporate explaining the situation and wanted to know why I was not initialed to bill I paid ahead of time that I had receipt too? Said she would talk to her supervisor. Well I stayed talking to the guy I was talking to. Mayra snatched the phone out of my hand hung up on corporate. Told me to get out of her store I said no I haven't done anything. Said she would call the cops I told her to go ahead. I will explain how you just kept my money. But could not stick around cause I was trying to get back to Xfinity before 7 pm and it was already 6pm. But she literally was mad cause I was transferring to another company. Don't understand why they get bent out of shape when you do? Or they give you the run around when you try to unlock a phone you paid for already also. But I returned the next day because they forgot to give my sd card out of the phone I returned. So Mayra wasn't there so I started taking photos of their store by the way is located on N. Broadway next to Food Maxx. I'm filing a complaint with Commerce of Better Business Bureau on them. And Civil Suit for all the pain and anguish she has caused me So if you guys don't want the same drama don't give The Cricket Store on N Broadway in Santa Maria, Ca. your business.So

I recently got a phone for my son and the associate (named Amy ) was super nice ! She was really helpful and patient ! I would definitely recommend family and friends to go there for any phone needs! Thank you so much AMY !

Unprofecional costumer cervice.I brogh my ownphone they say it is compatible with Cricket. I pay $60.00.Whend they finish the conection,the divice never work.they keep my money.I ended with no service and no rembolsing.

I received the best customer service from Brian and Myra. I went in to buy a phone just a few minutes before closing. They were knowledgeable and capable. They made sure I left with a phone in hand. Then I had an issue with new phone. I went in . We sorted it out and I left with an even better phone. Excellent customer care after the sale is hard to find. Thank you both.

Drove 1 hour , 7 minutes to get to a store that was listed on line as open at 11 am. Waited 30 minutes until 11:30 ...never open. I am currently a customer with 3 lines w cricket......not much longer.
