The lady behind the counter was super nice and I want to make that clear. But regardless of that how am I going to go into your place of business and have you tell me that you can’t help me because the computer decided to not work? I’m pretty sure most of what you do involves the use of a computer and you’re going to tell me it just stopped working? The lady reassured me that she tried everything she could and I believe her, at the end of the day I still have a service that needs to get done. Set ur employees up with proper equipment and proper training or something because I would have preferred not wasting my time.
