I wanted to get my hair and makeup done for prom. I have very curly hair, and am very protective of it. I called in advance to set up a consolation, and they assured me they knew how to handle my hair. THEY FRIED IT. The guy had no idea what he was doing, and sent me home in tears. On top of that the women who did my makeup told me to bring in my own makeup to make sure I didn't have an allergic reaction to theirs. I don't even have sensitive skin. After prom I asked around, and everyone told me this was strange. Plus, she basically applied my makeup how I do every day. I went home in tears because of my hair. But after I got that under control I called a friend, and she helped me fix up my makeup a bit nicer. If I hadn't been such a basket case I would have told them straight up I wasn't giving them a dime. PLEASE DON'T GO TO BELLA LUNA!

I went to rosy who did a ok hair color job but charged a lot and didn't have a way for me to use my debit card had to run to the bank three different times i went to see her for color! so inconvenient never going back there again just cause of that reason.

This is the place to go for fabulous stylist like Maricruz, who I have been a client of hers forever and travel 2 hours from Westlake Village to come out looking like I just walked off a Vogue photoshoot... Love it!!!
