“I was looking for a place that would repair my 1-month-old 2024 Chevrolet ZR2 truck that received damage at a big box store. Kaizen worked directly with the big box stores insurance company. I dropped off my truck, they explained everything in detail. I picked up my truck a few days later. It looked like it just came off the showroom floor. None of us want to be involved in a vehicle accident, but when it happens you want your vehicle restored as good as it was before or better. “These people were so great !! I needed to get a DOT inspection done on a RedBull truck that i had transported and the company was closed that Monday (MLK Day) so i had to reschedule the appointment with PC. And from the the guy I met in the workshop right down to the women in the front office they treated me so kind and were very helpful with rescheduling me for the inspection the next day (Tuesday). I called to ensure that the truck would be ready on Tuesday and lo and behold I showed up Tuesday morning and the truck was not in place. When I spoke to the RedBull assistant she stated that no one had left her word that truck was supposed to be left for the service. So feeling slightly irritated and not sure how PC was going to be able to help me because I don’t know their schedule how many people they may have for different services on Wednesday etc. I went back and we I explained what happened and enquired about rescheduling for the next morning(Wednesday) Mr Jeremy didn’t hesitate and said that he could take me. I arrived their first thing that next morning and what I loved about this whole experience is that of the 3 days I interacted with them their service and personalities were all the same kind, friendly, and respectful. There was no pretense (fake acting) across the board. From the work shop to the women in the front office. Thank you PC Mechanical for your service to the community. Signed grateful customer ❤️”

“I recently brought my vehicle in for service at Santa Maria Nissan. While the overall experience was positive with one exception.
I noticed that my original service requests, which I had communicated during my first contact, were not noted down properly. As a result, I need to schedule a new appointment to address those issues. This was a bit inconvenient and is something that could be improved to ensure smoother service experiences in the future.
However, I do want to acknowledge the eagerness and willingness of the team to rectify the situation. The staff showed a strong commitment to providing high-quality service and expressed genuine interest in keeping my business. I appreciate this effort and expecting that my next visit will reflect the high standards they aim to maintain.

“Been taking my vehicles to Foster's for last 10 years. Wouldn't consider any other shop. Not only are they super nice but they do excellent work. Never have I been disappointed in the quality of services they've provided for me. I've taken at least 4 vehicles to have body work performed. They also deal with the insurance so I'm not having to. When the car it's totaled they explain why and show you exactly what was wrong and why they came to that conclusion. Foster's is the best body shop on the central coast in my opinion.”

“Extremely professional service! My car broke down in Santa Maria on my way to Santa Cruz, I learned 3 days after I got home (Oceanside) that my car was unable to be fixed. Living 4 hours south, I chose to sell my car to the local auto dismantling service and Rudy was the only business to pick up my phone call. He was a true professional from the beginning. He picked up my car from the mechanic and made sure I knew I would be paid for my car when I sent him the title. He followed up every step of the way. You can tell he is a busy guy but he makes sure to serve his customers. I would highly recommend his service!!”
“My Chevy had the paint on the passenger door peeling off. An issue that seems to be common with my year and color Silverado. Fusion was awesome. They quoted me a fair price and got the job done earlier than estimated. Most companies were afraid to just paint the door. Not these guys. They did just the door. Color matched perfectly. I definitely recommend Fusion. Service was great and people there very friendly.”
“I ran over something in the dark and it damaged my transmission pan and my front bumper. My insurance sent me to Custom Craft Autobody. They did a great job with the repairs. The color match was perfect. After they finished repairing my car, they detailed it on the outside and inside, which was unexpected. My car looked like new.”
