“I was looking for a place that would repair my 1-month-old 2024 Chevrolet ZR2 truck that received damage at a big box store. Kaizen worked directly with the big box stores insurance company. I dropped off my truck, they explained everything in detail. I picked up my truck a few days later. It looked like it just came off the showroom floor. None of us want to be involved in a vehicle accident, but when it happens you want your vehicle restored as good as it was before or better. “Sergio and his team do excellent work. I was referred to Central Autoworks by Toyota -SLO to repair some roof damage caused by the dealership. Upon accessing the damage, it was determined that I needed repairs to my Rear Power Door (RPD) prior to addressing the roof damage. I knew my RPD needed repairs. They repaired my door and the damage within a few days. I even had to return unexpectedly to his shop to fix a separate issue and he took me in without an appointment. I got that issue fixed in less than 90 minutes. If you need professional, accurate, and quick repairs, I recommend Sergio and the team at Central Autoworks.”

“These people were so great !! I needed to get a DOT inspection done on a RedBull truck that i had transported and the company was closed that Monday (MLK Day) so i had to reschedule the appointment with PC. And from the the guy I met in the workshop right down to the women in the front office they treated me so kind and were very helpful with rescheduling me for the inspection the next day (Tuesday). I called to ensure that the truck would be ready on Tuesday and lo and behold I showed up Tuesday morning and the truck was not in place. When I spoke to the RedBull assistant she stated that no one had left her word that truck was supposed to be left for the service. So feeling slightly irritated and not sure how PC was going to be able to help me because I don’t know their schedule how many people they may have for different services on Wednesday etc. I went back and we I explained what happened and enquired about rescheduling for the next morning(Wednesday) Mr Jeremy didn’t hesitate and said that he could take me. I arrived their first thing that next morning and what I loved about this whole experience is that of the 3 days I interacted with them their service and personalities were all the same kind, friendly, and respectful. There was no pretense (fake acting) across the board. From the work shop to the women in the front office. Thank you PC Mechanical for your service to the community. Signed grateful customer ❤️”
“It was easy to make an appointment and I was impressed with how the service process went. I was quickly checked in and the technician took my car in right away. The issue was diagnosed and fixed. Then a vehicle inspection was performed and a video sent to my phone. Luis, who checked me in explained the results and I was on my way . It was a very efficient and easy process. Awesome!

They quoted me a fair price and got the job done earlier than estimated. Most companies were afraid to just paint the door. Not these guys. They did just the door. Color matched perfectly.
