I really am quite disappointed with how rude, and unhelpful this location is. For some reason, most post offices seem to hire rude and unhappy employees, but this Santa Margarita location takes the cake by far. I have been to this location a few times and had terrible horrendous service. I really wish the US postal service would put more care and consideration into who they are hiring.

The Santa Margarita post office has a real problem with employee attitude and ability to be helpful. Less than thrilled to have to have my mail delivered here.

5 stars for an incredibly helpful gentleman who helped us with our kids' passport photos and applications -4 stars for the vile rude woman we encountered on our subsequent visit If women can mansplain she is the pinnacle - including rejecting our completed forms due to my husband's "scribble" Too bad you'll have to go to SLO for passport support I'll be skipping this otherwise charming local post office from now on - especially when my kids are present or my firefighter husband's precious time is at stake. Customer service training desperately needed.

They have been lie to an my mail keep going to someone eals. Id was told that i got a other key an NEVER GOT IT. Two keys were issued to get the box will I was only GIVE ONE WHEN I OPEN UP THE BOX A YEAR AGO
