His pricing is unfair, he lacks knowledge in cars. When asking to see if he can do a repair job on my car. He said that he simply could not do it because the car had “too many miles”. These reviews that he has must be paid for because he’s like a one star mechanic. Was no help to me.

The best service I've ever had! Steve has always been upfront and honest with me. I have been taking my car here for regular maintenance and the occasional car issue. I am very confident they are suggesting what is best for me and my vehicle. I have total confidence in Your Car Specialists.

Went to 2 different mechanics to find out what was wrong with my 2016 Honda Accord sport since it was making a clacking noise. 2 different mechanics said the engine was no good and it needed to be replaced. Was looking at 2600 to 3000 dollars to fix. Was not understanding how the engine was no good since I always took good care of the car. Talked to brother about the issue and he talked to Steve at your car specialist and over the phone he said the other mechanics were wrong. Took it to Steve and turns out it was the drive belt and pulley tensioner. Ended up paying less than 10 percent of what they were quoting me at the other places not to mention they were wrong about what the problem was. Thank you Steve! These guys are amazing! They really helped me understand what was going on with my car and took the time to explain to me what my best options were. I have a really old car that is on its last leg, and the mechanics told me to just start saving money for a new car; recognizing that it will probably mean less business for them. I respect that 100% and they have just gotten themselves a loyal customer.

Honest car mechanic. I was convinced I needed a brake job along with my service. After checking my brakes I was informed my brakes only needed an adjustment and cleaning. It was $30 as opposed to the way more costly full brake job. Highly recommended honest mechanic.

I've been taking all of my vehicles to Steve at YCS since his dad was in charge. I appreciate his honestly and the quality of the work. If Steve tells you it's time to get something done on your vehicle you best have it done because he is just as quick to tell you to not waste your money if you are trying to do unnecessary work or maintenance. If you are looking for an HONEST mechanic/shop this is the place to go.

I had to give this review....I called for a quote on the repair I was in need of. Ultimately, I got some free, excellent and extremely informative tips on my situation. If I ever need a repair, I trust these guys. They actually treated me like a person and not a sale.. it was so genuine... I will definitely be utilizing their services for any future repairs!

If you've had a hard time finding an honest mechanic look no further. If it isn't broken Steve doesn't fix it. If he doesn't fix it he doesn't charge. If it is broken it will be fixed right with good parts. And his referral system is great so whenever I get a friend or family member to go to him I get a free oil change! It's rare that I actually have to pay for an oil change now a days. If I did it's only $24.95 which is cheaper than anywhere else I know! Cheaper than doing it myself! Plus your tires will be rotated and your fluids will be topped off!
