I told them how I felt I was gonna be from the company but turned them down I told them they need better leads Marlene Daria they are all bad for the company having birthdays parties telling me Stuff I hope the Bosses From upstairs see that's why people are leaving them ? not there fault but there leads and supervisors like Oscar lied to me because only certain people they kept going up to our jealousy thank you Windsor for the opportunity and time highly appreciated

I worked at the windsor warehouse 9603 John stSanta Fe Springs CA 90670 ...And I can honestly it's the worst place I've worked at. the lead Hugo was unprofessional as well as another supervisor women I didn't get her name before I was let go.. but they watch you like a hawk trying to see any little mistake you do I thinks it's unprofessional because you don't feel like they want to help you instead I was let go ontop of that for the pay rate of 16hr not worth it..Especially if your being sent there by GOTWORX STAFF agencies... do your self a favor and Run! Look for another job.. pretty faces only go so far..

We visited our local store and bought a beautiful white dress for my daughter's graduation. Our associate was very sweet and helpful. However, the dress is such poor quality that one of the straps ripped while she wore it during her ceremony. I have emailed customer service to no avail.

We are waiting on a line to try dresses on for the last 30 minutes at least - you can only take 6 in and if you want to try more than that, you have to go to the back of the line. We have 30 more minutes to go to try a dress on. If we decide we like the dress, we can wait an additional 20-30 minutes to check out. Not sure we are gonna wait much longer. This is homecoming season. Why are you not prepared?

I’m highly upset with Windsor. I shop here all the time and never had an issue with my purchase. As soon as I take a chance and order online, I didn’t receive my dress. I know things happen and I understand completely. I’m just so upset right now I can’t attend my holiday party with my job because my dress never made it to me and secondly, it’s out of stock. I’m so devastated

Horrible customer service, package not even here on time, called the carrier and they told to me to contact the shipper(Windsor) and I did and told me they didn’t have any responsibility over my package and so I called FedEx again and then FedEx told me the same thing and so I tried to file for a lost package and Windsor told me to read articles to help me ? worst store ever will not be ordering from yall again

I ordered 2 dresses and selected a standard shipping (which is 5 business days for additional $9.95). I was expecting the shipment in 7 business days considering 2 days buffer. To my surprise, the merchant sat on the order for 4 business days and then shipped. Further more, I don't see any movement on the shipment even after 2 days since the shipment picked by Fedex. The irony is, I am just 27 miles away from where the merchant is but I can't even go and collect the order in person given the pathetic policy of the merchant. I feel, I made a big mistake purchasing from Windsor!

I was looking for a real store location to shop and my this is the first one closest to me. Called them just to make sure they sell clothes there and they said that, this is just a corporate office. No retail to the public. Good thing I called.
