Union Bank converted me to US bank I have been to the branch twice and both times I have stayed in line for a while! Lots of elderly folks standing in line. They look frustrated of being in line for a while as they should be. Need more tellers. My first time they had only one teller. The second time they had two tellers. Maybe with more tellers, we would not be standing in Line for such a long time. Although once you reach the teller, they are nice and courteous to you.

I've been here a few times and never had anything less than great service. The staff is helpful and I will continue to come back to this location.

*****The US Bank system will steal your money via fees***** I opened my account at this location more than 15 years ago. I signed up for the EZ checking (free checking but with a minimum maintained balance of $1,500). No problems for all those years until this last year. The US Bank system has stolen money from me by means of upgrading my account without my knowledge and consent, which then, charged me exorbitant fees that the Branch Manager adamantly states that he has no power to correct. In fact, he stated that nobody at any of the US Banks or online services can help. A $500 billion dollar institution that has no power to correct their mistake/s, whether it be $1 or $1,000. Surely a corporate crime that I will be reporting on further. US Bank spends a good amount of money in order to bring in new members, but the hypocrisy to this is that they do not value their members. To value your members, you instill trust and correct mistakes. You own up to mistakes that your system creates and correct it accordingly. But this is not the case and this location was more than happy to close out my account and lose a long withstanding member with a flawless history. Needless to say, if they had it their way, I'm sure they would rush to show me the door while kicking me on the way out. I am not a valued member. I am a victim to their systematic corporate thievery. Location-wise, this place is low staffed with 1 or maybe 2 Tellers. My experience with the Tellers were disengaging and impersonal. The sense and feeling that they couldn't wait to get the transactions over with and call it a day. The Branch Manager is not always onsite. When I needed to speak with him, they said it would take 15-20 minutes. He was on his way back to the bank from running errands. I ended up waiting for an hour to finally work with him. Customer service is not their strong point and the work delivery is awfully slow. I don't recommend US Bank.

I have been a long time business client, who has had it with this branch. Inside the branch they will refer you to doing tasks online, or calling the 800 number rather than trying to do the task at the branch. The ATM is down more of the time than it is working. I drive 2.5 miles to use the ATM only to find a typed note on the ATM that it is out of service. I will no longer even bother going to this branch.

Slowest working employees. 5 people outside waiting in line with only two tellers open. Waited almost 30 minutes just to make a simple deposit.

This is the worst branch that I've been too. The employees are so slow and even if they see a huge line forming they will only have a 2 people working the front and no people working the desks. However, there are employees just doing nothing. I can't even believe it. It took 30 minutes to deposit cash into my account because their machines are down!

I was at the bank today and was highly disturbed to see a customer treated so poorly. The customer service as told to call customer service regarding a fraudulent charge in his phone. As he is talking G to customer service I heard him say no one here will help me they are to busy. Fact: there were three customers and 4 bankers. The business banker was in cell phone. Never once acknowledged the customer that was struggling. Unacceptable. I get he might have been busy I'm his cell as he said when I confronted him, however as I pointed out all he had to do was acknowledge the customer and let him know someone would be right with him. The other banker with a client did just that. Very rude. I can see why this bank is not rated well.

So, today i stopped into this branch to inquire about my account and issues i was having with it. I went to the window and asked to speak to the manager (luz) which then as she heard me ask for her she stared for a while well me and the teller stared at eachother like if she was going to get off her chair at her desk (god forbid bankers get out of their seat). Since we were standing there in total silence i gave her my debit card and asked her to take it to the manager so she can go through my acct. the teller then said olease take a seat as she will be with you. So a little something about me i worked at downey savings in that same branch before it was a us bank. Downey savings prides themselves in customer service as I can tell that didnt carry over to the new bank. Complete poor attempt at customer service and even poorer attempt to sympathize for the customer. Could probably bet this branch is last in all of its goals mostly because anytime i go by this branch it is empty. On top of that i see the poor reviews its gotten on yelp. So end of the story goes like this. Bank account closed! Something im sure this branch is first in their district in. Closed accounts. An banks wonder why people cant stand them. Need to do a better job at hiring people willing and able to help and if they cant you try damn hard to make it look like youve exhausted all avenues for the customer to feel like they were heard.

I wish one bank personnel would step up and do something about the line and practice good customer service . Been waiting for 30 minutes and more are coming.

Do not go to this branch. They dont have enough staff to help their customers. And if you go and patiently wait in line, they will tell you that they can't help you because your transaction will take a minute and they have a line. This happened to me today, the assistant manager, Alejandra Hernandez, simply told me that she was not going to help me because my transaction was not simple. This was after I waited for 20 minutes in line. She asked me to wait for another manager who "may take a minute to return." When I asked what she meant by a minute, she retracted and said 24 min. After I told her that I had the right to be helped as I waited patiently my turn, she asked me to stepped away from the window and that a teller who will be coming back from lunch in 5 to 15 min would help me. Please assistant manager scheduled your employees' break strategically so your patrons can still receive the services you are mandated to provide. Attentively, A new Wells Fargo customer !!!!!

This might be one of the worst branches I have ever been too, it has so much potential too. I am considering switching banks after the constant struggles I have here. The final straw occurred the other day: I went to withdraw a few thousand dollars around 11:50 AM, and there was only one teller. After waiting 10 minutes in line because there was only one teller, the teller did not have enough cash on hand to fulfill my withdrawal, pathetic. So I had to go get a hamburger and wait 30 minutes to complete my withdrawal so that another teller could come back from lunch. I got a customer satisfaction survey emailed to me and left a rightfully negative review. Sure enough I get a call from the branch manager who does not own up to the poor customer service and makes excuses... including why I need to withdraw that amount of money. So unprofessional, I would say avoid this bank, interest rates aren't even respectable to put up with the poor service.

They only have 1 ATM in the drive that they have to work on and close it.. xx how ridiculous is that.... why don't you have 2 so when 1 is down your customers still have the option of using the damn atm machine. RIDICULOUS

I'm telling you if this location wasn't the only location near me I would never go in here. Every time I come in here they have one teller one and she or he is stuck handling everyone even if there's five people in line there will be a guy sitting at his desk first desk to the left when you walk in and there will even be somebody at the desk behind the teller and you will have one teller to help. And the ATM machine how are you going to direct me to the ATM machine and it's broken how do you not know that it's broken. Honestly I probably wouldn't even bank with US Bank because they can't even take your ATM card at the counter but it's the only branch in my mom's little small town so I'm basically stuck. I gave it two stars because Lesley and one other person are always extremely polite.
