Awesome service. The team here is great. Saved the day when PODS confirmed delivery then failed to deliver Units was able to get me a unit same day.
Second time using this service and I will only use them in the future. Great people and great service.

We've only just had the storage unit delivered, but everything has been extremely professional with great communication throughout. We had to change the specific placement of the unit from the original plan, but they rolled with the change without hesitation. Their robot movement system is incredibly well designed and efficient. The driver was definitely a pro.

I am very pleased with this company. Their customer service is amazing. Maria was very helpful and always available. Ruben delivered our unit and he was very communicative and very helpful. I will always use Units for any other time I need them. I would highly recommend them you won’t regret it.

My experience with Units so far has been fantastic! The front office was the most responsive in comparison to all the other Pod companies I contacted. Bill D., the person who delivered my Pods, was very personal, professional, and clearly explained the positioning of the Pods, how to load the Pods, and securing the doors when opened and closed. I give him a 5-star rating!!!

UNITS has been a flawless experience. Maria, a pleasure to deal with, in the office and Ruben on delivery are very efficient and knowledgeable. Ruben is such a nice guy, he also got the container angled perfectly at the end of our 80 foot long driveway, so we can still get our car out from the garage. Their robo system is hands down the best system of all the moving companies if you don’t have more than 9 feet wide available width.

Amazing service and execution. This is our second move with them. So easy and frictionless. They plan your delivery ahead by scoping out your address on Google maps to determine the width of street and driveway so there’s no surprises when they arrive. They use a remote system to place pods in tight spots.
What a great company to work with. So convenient in midst of all the stress of moving. They make it so much easier.

I mean, you can’t ask for better service from the phone call to the delivery. But beyond all of that, as far as I know, they are the only container storage people who can put the container almost anywhere because of this Robo system they have — it’s amazing. They might not be as well known as pods, but they are so much better, as it turns out!

The guys were excellent that drop the pods the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 they were supposed to pick up my first pod and deliver the 2nd one the same day and through some mix up the 2nd one showed up the next day it worked out as that was the day my movers came to pack it just a little scary as I didn’t know if it was going to get here in time but it did
