You find parking on the street somewhere. Walk in to the receiving shack where they give a door. Drive in. Check in with guard shack. Docking may be tight depending on the door. Wait for unloaded to come grab your gate pass. Unloaded brings it back out for you to take to receiving shack. They’ll get you your signed BOLs. You check out at the guard shack. Go enjoy the infamous traffic. Had a good first time delivery here. 2 hours from arrival to departure. There’s a good Mexican restaurant directly across the street from the guard shack.

Was 20 minutes late due to 1st drop. Receiver came out of the off. Flailing arms, raised voice, "No we're closed". Surprised I said, "There are 4 pallets". Resp; "No! Come back tomorrow 5am"! Security failed to mention park on the dangerously busy street, then cross, stand in line, talk to rude receiver, talk to equally rude capstone rep, .... avoid this place if you can

Everyone was nice. Everyone fixed me to the next window and what I needed to do. Lumper fees were very reasonable compared to other places like stater bros. 3.5 hrs in and out. Be very very careful backing in. Crazy tight, watch overhang. Get help.

I'm supposed to have a Sunday 9 AM appointment. Instead they tell me I have to come back Monday 9 AM. You have to go in the gate stand on steps trying listen in the window that's got a 1/2 inch or an inch crack in it to hear what they have to say it's a good thing it wouldn't rain in today. I will never come back here I hope they have to close this place Because it is a very very very sorry place. Don't waste time responding to my review . You're in control in there but you still continue to use this arcade method of checking in and using lumpers you should try what Costco does that's the greatest place ever to go deliver anything.

Bunch of lazy and rude people works here. Loaders, receivers, office staff and lumper office staff. These people do not know what is respect, they don’t care about others time. Actually all UNFI WAREHOUSE STAFF ARE SAME. Unloading 8-9hours. These all place around the country must be shut down or change they working attitude. They have many rules for drivers but themselves work without any their rules.

If it was possible to give a rating of - stars, this location would definitely get a -5. The delivery department is by far the slowest. They charge a ridiculous high lumper price(before you're even offloaded) and still take their sweet time to unload you. I've been at my door getting offloaded since 6 am didn't get offloaded and handed paperwork until 1230 pm. I've been to other UNFI distribution centers and they are way faster then this one.and on top of it all the Capstone representative had an attitude when I approached to ask for an ETA on my offloading.

Unfi is the worst of the worst, but we all know that. 3 stars for the following reasons. The staff in the offices were nice, and friendly, and there's a small restaurant right across the street from the gate with good food. Besides that expect a long wait time. They take forever to get your paperwork ready. If you only have one copy they charge you $1.00 per page up to $5.00 to make you a copy. Lumper is outrageously expensive. The lot is decent sized and there's not a single dock that's harder to back than others. They have port a potties on site for drivers.

Park in the street, walk to the guard shack. You have to wear a reflective vest or they’ll turn you around. Bring a pen, and your paperwork. Sign in at the guard shack, and then follow the white walking path to a brown office building near an outdoor “break room” area. Hand your bills to the person in the small building. They’ll get you checked in, give you a door number (if you’re lucky) and hand you another set of papers. Take these to the white trailer/office behind the brown one. They’ll need your company name and some other stuff to set up the digital Lumper payment. After that, remember your door number if you got one. Head back out to your Rig and drive it to the guard shack. Here, you’ll be instructed to remove your seal and open the trailer doors. You’ll have to provide your trailer license plate number too. Once the guard hands you a “gate pass” you’re good to go. I find it easier to turn right, and back up until I get to my door number. Seems lots of drivers do that. When you’re in the door, just hang out until the loader comes to you. You’ll eventually get a text to pay for the Lumper. Finally, the lumper will come and ask for the gate pass. After that, you walk to the brown office building (don’t forget your vest!) and head to the back window. The person will hand you your finished bills. Now drive out towards the guard shack and do whatever the guard says. Now you’re free! As you can see, this place has a lot of procedures involved. The guard shack people are alright, but the folks in the brown office building are openly insulting and rude to truckers who don’t do everything exactly right. They openly called me an idiot because I couldn’t hear what I was told the first time. You get the idea. Use caution and bring your thick skin.

My dispatch lied that they r open till 6pm. I was a day late. Recv hrs R 5am to 1pm. Lumper is 90$. Must hv a vest. They were nice to me. They gave me door right away and I borrowed a vest in trade of license. U must have a check in number starting with 8 or 08 then they will take ur paperwork. Check pics that will explain better.

Checked in at 7, its noon still waiting on paperwork. Paided 350 for lumpers and been waiting for over an hour with green light. Absolutely garbage people, when coming up to check out after waiting 7 hours, they decided to take their 3rd break of the day

Slow check in procedure. Slow check out procedure. No signs telling drivers where to go. Don't get in a hurry or you're just going to be frustrated.

The security guard was acceptable but seemed cranky. Me too. All other folks were fine except when I went 2 get paperwork. There r 2 portable buildings with a possibility of 4 windows. There is NO signage of which window to pik up paperwork. There were 2 guys n line and I asked if it was checkout. They had already turned n paperwork and stepped back 4 me. I stepped up to the window and the clerk started screaming at me that I shouldn't try to cut n line. Plus he doesnt like it if u put your paper on the window. So I was directed to the other window to wait. He told me he sounds so mad cuse he normally talks loud and he is talking thru a window. Not true. He was being a jerk!I have a novel idea. Y not put up a sign that directs drivers as 2 what 2 do. Maybe there would b less confusion. Think of that Unified grocers....Maybe u could make the world a bit better
