Trail lines picked up a expensive custom cabinet from a manufacturer in September 2022 and did not deliver to us until January 2023 and it was damaged. All paper work was noted with the driver of all damages and pics taken. After many calls and emails they refused to replace it with a new one and picked it up March 31 and still have not returned it to us repaired. The manager Lisa T said we would have it the middle of April and for the past 3 weeks she is not responding. The piece was paid for to the vendor and the freight was paid for in advance. We are out $2000.00Trail lines has Stoolen our furniture and refused to pay for a new replacement.DO NOT USE THEM!!

At first I was apprehensive about using Trail Lines given some of the reviews I read but I had nothing but a good experience with them. I had a loveseat shipped from the LA area up to Washington where it was accepted by a local transport company for delivery to my house. Given how much gas is and the shortage of truck drivers, I received it in a week and a half in perfect condition and they were competitively priced and were responsive to my phone calls and emails for updates. Honestly, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Awful customer service, they don't update tracking numbers, long wait times, outsources deliveries and makes them more complicated than they need to be. They lost my bed slats, and it took a month to even un-dock and ship my furniture. If I could give no stars I would. Every business owner would be wise to avoid this company.

They do not have any white glove service neither are they dependable. They docked the furniture after picking up from the manufacturer for 15 days. They never met the delivery date. They do not have any back up plans for doing business if their trucks break down. They do not have back up plans if they do not have drivers. If you want your goods to be stocked with these people for an indefinite period of time without an ETA on delivery, this company is the one you want to do business with.

The owners are cool. Good pay. I lived far and my hours caused me to hit all the traffic going home daily. Coworkers rocked also.

Called for 3 weeks on a simple delivery. They tell you this loaded and on it's way, a week later they tell you it just left, next time you call they deny everything they say. Do not recommend this company. They even told me they would put this on a hot rush. Lol..Get with it.

Had an ETA of 12-17 for an item. It's now 12/19, no one answers emails, I've called and called and called, it rings so much the line cuts out!!!!!!!!! how do you run a business this way??!?!?! Have customers waiting.

I am a vendor for Trail Lines Inc in Dallas TX. I have done 2 jobs for them and the 1st job they paid in net 15. But the 2nd job I still have not been paid as of this post. The invoice was dated for 8/12/19. Each time I have called no one can help me and each time I email the check going out today. I called on 11/27/19 and talked with Lisa the manager in Accounting and was told she would call me back. I called back today and was told there is no Lisa in Accounting. At this point not sure if they will pay.

Been getting the run around from a company using this shipping company and was trying to get info on my shipment. Called customer service for some help based on the shipping number I was given. They were less than agreeable.
