I was in desperate need of ink at 4:55pm , i called to make sure they had the HP ink i needed. They close at 5 but she was willing to wait for me to come in, this place is a lifesaver and way cheaper than some other ink place i would go too. I went home plugged it in and my printer was ready, I will be coming back!
