Today I had routine service preformed on my Ford powered RV. Tom's Truck Center's staff is amazing. Danny Garza, the service writer, got me in as soon as he could and addressed all my issues.Todd, the Ford Master Technician, took his time to discuss with me a minor matter that he researched on Ford's website. Besides being cost effective, and efficient, these people are just very pleasant to work with. I'll keep coming back. Thank you

We Brought our new class A motor home in for service Giant RV didn't have the resources to look at it the steering wheel was off center Chris the service advisor he got his guys to fix it took a couple days they did an alignment very happy how it drives now

We turned our truck in to get fixed after several attempts at another shop and Tom's was able to fix the problem within a couple hours. John our tech was very knowledgeable with our Hino 268. Danny was our customer service rep and kept us up to date with all repairs. The turn around on the repairs were very quick. Great job !!!

I purchased a transmission from Tom's Truck Center and it failed within 90 days of installation. Tom's Truck Center honored the warrantee and paid for the shipping both ways. Ya, I had to install and uninstall the transmission but when you buy used parts that is the risk you take but Tom's did what they said they would and took care of me. Thank you!

I pre-ordered a Ford Lighting (EV) F150 from Tom's in 2022. The deposit was an easy process. My truck arrived to the dealership Jan of this year.Truck is awesome and the purchase process was easy. The staff were friendly and courteous. I had no problems with the sale.The vehicle was fully charged, clean and ready to go when I got there to pick her up.

These guys really came through for us. Our service leader Danny, was awesome. We had our RV's transfer case fail in the middle of a trip to SoCal. We were stranded on the side of the freeway for six hours. We couldn't find anyone in the area to agree to even look at the RV, let alone fix it. Despite some complications with parts (sent from east coast), these guys made our nightmare easier to deal with... they were super responsive, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us get through it. Super grateful!!

We can't thank Albert and Gus enough for helping us with a motor home we inherited. We were having a very difficult time getting this vehicle smogged as it wasn't passing the CAT sensor. We took it to a few other mechanics who were not able to fix the issue. We drove it 600 miles aimlessly trying to get it to pass with no success. We took it to Tom's Truck Center and met with Albert and Gus. When the other mechanics were at a loss as to what to do, Albert and Gus gave us suggestions that no one else did. We followed their advice and the CAT sensor cleared.We highly recommend you take your vehicle to see Albert and Gus when you need help!LB

Had the best experience reserving and buying my 2022 Bronco. Nick T. was the amazing and helped me through the entire process and made it so easy. He answered every one of my (many) questions and kept me up to date on the entire build process. The rest of the team was great and also very helpful when I went to pick it up. Obsessed with my new Bronco and so grateful for the TTruck team!

Read a few negative reviews and can't relate; Call Danny G. Danny manages my fleet and I experience very little issues (parts on back order or he decides to take pto). All in all, it's convenience for me. Let him know of PM and/or any issues, drop it off, and it gets fixed. Like any other vehicle, things deteriorate from use. He advises wear and tear. We review and resolve together. Great communication; texting a plus. Last, my driver picks up when complete. Timeline is reasonable. I recommend Danny G. Just saying...
