I've definitely been to worse targets. Only thing preventing it from 5 stars is the pan handlers right outside in the parking lot.

They're limiting self checkout without opening up more registers. Last time I came the self checkouts were closed completely, even if someone wanted to use the express lane. Ended up sitting in line for almost 15 minutes on a Thursday at 8pm. Target is making it so difficult just to get what I need that I've been ordering from Amazon instead. Awful experience any time I go into a Target anymore because of this constant lack of staff.

The reason is the following: For many years I have been a Target customer and I had never experienced dissatisfaction, but on May 27, my wife and I went to the store in Santa Fe Spring, Ca, and my annoyance more than anything was because the way the cashier treated us. The displeasure with which he treated us was very evident, showing signs of racism. I don't know the name of this lady, but I imagine that you know who attended us, since you must have her identification # with which you access the register. It seemed like we were paying a robot, since it didn't say a single word to us. He didn't tell me how much I had to pay for the products I bought, and that's why I had to pay with my debit card. I know that to you my wife and I may not mean anything, but it is not fair for a person who brings his family problems to work to treat us like this.

Worst drive up service of ANY Target in the area. If you can avoid this dump, please do. Seems like the employees get lost in a circle. Over a 10 minute wait for a drive up pick-up order (this has happened 3 times in a row).

Why don't the employees ever answer the telephone? Frustrating when simply need to check if have item and no one answers. Makes me not want to shop at target anymore. Walmart at least answers phone.

I went in to buy a ps5 and several games and waited in the electronics dept for over 20 minutes and every employee I encountered was too busy filling online orders. They all kept saying "someone will come help you". I got tired of waiting and walked all the way to the front of the store to look for a manager, and a guy wearing a cowboy hat finally greeted me and said he would call someone to go over to electronics to help me... but by this time I was tired of waiting so we walked out. The next day I went to bestbuy and spent close to $900 on a new ps5 with several games and the service was great. It seems that target pays more attention to online orders, rather then taking care of live customers that are in the store.

Trying to contact the store all day to inquire about a lost item. Have called at least 20 times to separate departments and the phone just keeps ringing. Am I missing something here? Are we not supposed to be able to contact employees in the store? I understand being away from the phone for a period of time, but this is unacceptable and there is no excuse..

Came to do a quick return, not my regular Target but was closer to me at the time, this Target is great because the parking lot is huge always parking available and they also have the drive up option, the staff is really quick and respectful will definitely come back and shop here the store inside was so clean and organize was easy to walk through

"Grace" needs a new name. Twice I've interacted with this lady and she always has something to complain about or "get a kick" about. This time it was because I didn't have 10 items or less in the checkout lane. I had 16 and she was trying to make me feel dumb for not reading the sign by saying "I get a KICK out of customers who don't read the sign," while smiling. I'm naturally an assertive person especially when I feel someone is trying to make me feel dumb. And I could tell she wasn't expecting me to be. Well you know what I get a kick out of Grace?? People in retail who can't handle retail shenanigans. Get a grip! Otherwise, I usually have decent experiences here despite the fact that I hardly get greeted or offered help by any of the associates. Store is clean though and I always find what I'm looking for. Associates are otherwise helpful.
