They have a wonderful customer care & repair team. Serena made everything very easy on the initial administration side and Anthony came out and was fantastic. Top tier communication and follow up - Anthony not only assessed and repaired our Steelcase office chairs but also educated us on use, maintenance, and advised us in how to travel with the chairs when it's necessary. Very satisfied customer.

Didn't have a chance to see anything. I googled the closest steelcase retailer and got this spot. It didn't say it was by appointment only. I got here and it's locked and apparently by appointment only. Sorry. I don't have time to waste. I'm in the middle of 3 builds and needed to see chairs to make up my mind on herman miller or steelcase gesture.. I'll buy herman miller.

We went with Tangram for our office remodel because they provided furniture services when we first moved into our building several years ago. The product quality and service at that time was great, so we didn't bother shopping around this time. That was a mistake. We were looking for space planning and design guidance to best utilize the additional space we expanded into, as well as the furniture itself. However, we received mostly "we'll do whatever you want" under the guise of service... rather than actual expertise. The process felt rushed as though the relatively small size of the project was more a burden than anything else to those assigned to us. The results were: less than optimum use of space, wrong furniture delivered, some furniture damaged, drawer/cabinet locks misaligned, incorrect space dimensions used during ensuing corrective measure conversations. And all for exorbitant prices! Upon expressing our displeasure and wanting to return/exchange some of the pieces, we were given the "our policy is no returns or exchanges" routine. A stark example of their awful service: I emailed the afternoon prior to a long awaited delivery (to swap out a desk that was the wrong size) to confirm the delivery time. There was no response. The day-of, no response. So I call and the Project Coordinator, who is in charge of coordinating the deliveries, says the truck was in an accident that morning and the delivery would be delayed by a day. Then, 20 minutes later, the same Project Coordinator sends out an email to inform the rest of her team of the delayed delivery, and blames it on the driver calling in sick. So add dishonesty to incompetence and poor service to the overall Tangram experience. Definitely shop around and if you end up going with Tangram, negotiate the prices before signing the contract. If they insist on the overpriced quote, move on.

I was cut off on the freeway by one of your drivers on the 210 East at 2:40pm on 12/8/18. He exited the carpool lane in stop and go traffic and proceeded to move over quickly to exit at Citrus. He didn't give a damn, he just kept moving to the right as tho he owned the freeway. If I hadn't braked, he would have hit me. Driver training in order before he hits someone.

Emailed and called and left messages. No response. I recommend removing phone numbers and all other contact information from the website to improve customer expectations.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: I ordered a very expensive office chair from Tangram a few years ago. The showroom is great but don't be fooled by the slick showroom. I emailed my sales rep to ask about the delivery of my chair and I was told that they couldn't tell me when my chair would be delivered. I was worried since it was December, when holiday package thefts are on the rise, that my chair would be stolen when it got delivered to my house. I live in a nice area and package thefts happen often here. I kept watching and watching for my chair to be delivered and the one time I left the house it was left half way up the steps of my front entry, in full view of the street. My adult daughter was home all day and Fed Ex did not ring the doorbell, even though I had put a sign up telling them to ring it when there was a delivery. I was also told by the Tangram Rep that a signature would be required for delivery but that didn't happen. I was livid that anyone could have come and picked up my brand new office chair from my front steps. Next time I will buy my chair online instead of from Tangram.

I was very impressed with the services Tangrum provided my organization. This is a one-stop shop for everything your office could possibly need. Aside from being a primier Steelcase dealer, Tangrum offers countless options to compliment any project. My sales executive, Karlee Budge was nothing but professional and courteous. This is a company that actually uses the products they sell. Their showroom was equally as impressive as the services provided.

Horrible, awful, terrible. Destructive and sloppy too. They just replaced our office floors and I have to say that I've never seen such a mess. They broke furniture, scraped doorways, left trash all over and generally were horrible, awful and terrible. I specifically told them NOT to put any tape or labels on any of the furniture - the desks are cheap particle board and any kind of tape will lift the finish right off of them. They seemed to understand but guess what? They put tape on EVERY desk and EVERY desk is damaged. They took things out of drawers and threw them in boxes, they somehow peeled the leatherette surface off of a chair and created a gigantic problem for us all. We had all the computer and phone cables carefully labeled and taped to the walls so we'd know what to plug in where and they pulled each and every one of them and left them in big piles on the floor and on a filing cabinet. They destroyed another filing cabinet that had to be replaced. Nine days later and we're still picking up the pieces. The baseboards are cut improperly, look like kindling and don't even fit - they didn't even bother to put them flush to the walls! And the final straw is that some of the flooring is already coming up because they didn't glue it down properly. I don't know who these people are, where the landlord found them or how much they charged but I gotta say they suck.
