Worst service for people who deliver to them. They speak rudely to the drivers and do not allow restroom usage. Do not recommend anyone to deliver to this location.

Starting off to a bad start . Pull in and was given a door at 11 pm (before they open) but when asked for instructions to the guard , she had no clue as to we leave the doors closed until they’re ready to unload or we open then before backing . No one in the dock knew either .
Ok after finally talking to someone in the dock that did know procedures they did advise to back in with doors closed and at 12:45 am go to shipping and talk to personnel. They do charge lumper . It was $80 bucks for a truckload of tomates . One thing I did like about this place they unloaded me in 15 minutes and 15 minutes for them to check product . 30 minutes total . Original

Docks are not meant for otr trucks and they charge a lumper fee after they make you deal with the screwed up dock config
I asked the yard dog for help and he told me no.

Their workers are very badly behaved, in front of a woman who I think is the Mgr. Well, I was sending them and I told one of her cameras that I exchanged a bill for deposit. The cashier answered me that already Cerro, well, there were 3 in general and it they said themselves.

1st time at the superior Grocers store @west 3rd st. I thought to check it out. Really bad choice. Cashier super rude will not help you out . Wen trying to deal with the manager never came out. The number that they give you is and old number. In case you need to get a hold of someone to ask a question good luck trying to get a hold of someone to the store number.You reach out to there corporate office and tell them about your experience with there Employe and management and the fake number that they give you of the store Good luck. I’m still waiting for a response from the store manager.

Very bad service from all employees including manager, especially Adan, they all have the worst attitude, it is as if they are very angry at their job, it seems that they suffer terribly from working there, or maybe that is the discipline they receive from the owners corporate, I don't know??♀️but they treat the customer very badly, they yell at them, they are despots and pigs, they don't have a spoon to serve the beans and they say that with their hand??♀️ it's that easy, the meat stinks, and yes You talk to the corporation, nothing happens, I told them and the employees even make fun of it, because they know nothing happens, that's why I think that's how they train them, I went for years, before Crawfords, but I haven't been back since today. I insult a cashier named Adriana and the manager Abel, but they are all the same!

Well, just one star because before during check-in it was very different, the guard took the information and phone number. And he told you when you were going and how you were going. And right now they don't want to. And that complicates everything and there is a risk of accidents because we pile up. At the same time and the superior chefs leave at that time and that is chaos. Check-in at the guard shack. If there is no dock available then you have to exit the property and they will call you. Docks are inside the building. Small area for backing.

terrible customer service, too many things to list, anybody reading this knows what I'm talking about. Inside and out. Take your money elsewhere, its not worth it. Some of the employees including the store director Alberto showed one of the worst displays of customer service in human history. I'll mention one thing to depart, who has a recycle center in a grocery store parking lot??

People in the restaurant are rude and arrogant. Woman behind the counter refused to give me a bag for my purchase. So I asked I could buy one but she responded "there's no way of ringing it up. This is not the first instance of there rude discriminatory attitude.

Bad place for big trucks to delivery loads..check in guard check and sended to streets around to wait the call to go back to warehouse... very short space and no parking to wait for unload
