I had a question about some products and I emailed through the website. I didn't expect a reply, but they replied within a couple days. They even called to follow up. The customer service is super nice and they were very helpful.

The Sun Lee 'sweet & spicy' sauce can go on almost ANY food item in your kitchen. From fried chicken, to seafood, and anything in between. The flavour is virtually perfect. Never overpowers what item it's added to, and compliments that same item, while transforms it into a meal upon itself. There is no sauce I can think of, that is sold in most stores that can match the versatility of their sauce. It's like more than just a condiment, it's a blessing.
