My daughter is on the team here at Spirit. The technique taught here is unlike any gym in the area. Good technique and foundation is what gets the girls able to do hard tricks without injuries. Great staff, always happy to see the students, seats for the parents to sit and watch. My 3 year old also takes the preschool and play class. She loves it and can't wait to go each week. Highly recommend for all ages and levels.

Spirit is fabulous! Both of my daughters have learned so much from the amazing coaching staff. This is not a big, expensive, fancy gym...but that's what we like. My girls are treated like family. Coaches are super knowledgeable and I have total trust in their ability to safely support my girls.

This is our first time at SG and I like that the staff wears mask and All the instructors are patient with the girls and the staff is friendly.The class size is small and spilt in half between to instructors which I like .There are hand sanitizers available to use before and after class.I definitely recommend Spirit Gymnastics. Prices are affordable!!

My daughter comes 2x a week and has made progress physically and her confidence has improved with the support she receives from her coach. the schedule of different programs and classes is very convenient as well

I've been bringing my daughter to Spirit Gym for over 5 years!! That's how amazing and professional the coaches are especially Coach Rocky!! I Love this gym. It is Always very clean and well taken care off. Coach Rocky at Spirit Gym has coached my daughter for a while now and I'm so grateful for her coaching , she has taught my daughter so much. This is a very safe place to bring your kids. The owners have so much pride and dedication to the gymnastic sport.
