I purchased my Sangean WFR-28 Internet Radio a few years ago. I love it. After a few years of use, I needed to have an electrical repair made. I sent the radio back to Sangean American who required only a $40 check for the repair and return shipping. Within a reasonable amount of time I received back a factory refurbished radio! The service provided by Sangean American was one of my best experiences with a company. Prompt, friendly, and courteous communication with my every contact with Jimmy. If you are not familiar with Sangean radios, I highly recommend them AND their service when needed.
