This Ross was fully stocked but a lot of the clothing was outdated. The store was clean with plenty of staff to assist. They did not have many home pictures to choose from or mirrors. Prices are reasonable. Overall, it's a great place to shop for bargains.

Customer service is HUGE!!! Been shopping here for years. I will NEVER be back!! When there isn't a label on item they use the bar code or charge based on a like item. Today, I was going to buy 3 exercise mats 2 priced at 10.99 and 1 at 12.99 the manager, Helen, said she wouldn't price match. This is bait and switch and it's illegal! They lost a sale! Redicoulous!

Manager Sandy was very rude. I asked for assistance to see a pair of glasses and was denied access responding rudely “we are trying to leave, come back in the morning.” When I asked another sale representative if she can assist me the manager over spoke saying she already told us no. I asked for the manager and for my surprise the manager was Sandy the one denying access. Its sad to see managers not giving the customer the help needed and the label surely didn't fit.

The manager of this store is extremely rude and her customer service is doubtful. I had to ask for her name its unbelievable that the reg rep gave me better service than the ACTUAL MANAGER (SANDY) shame!!
