The only bad thing about this place is if you are in door 2 you are stuck intell the driver in door 1 leaves. Other than that regular unloading time.

Been waiting here for hours after arriving over an hour early for my appointment. Been sitting on this load after broker said we could deliver on Monday. Its now Wednesday and the original appointment. Two dock doors, both you must back in off the street, the one of which you will be blocked in after in the door and unable to get out until the truck next to you leaves. I tried to find out from the warehouse how much longer and they just ignore you. Avoid this place at all cost. This was a TQL load which we have found out that this is typical bs from them and this receiver.

3 or more hours to load depending on number of trucks waiting. There's usually 3-4 trucks waiting with only 2 docks available. Back in drive way by blind spot.
