Odd, rude, unprofessional and a complete disaster. Here's why: I called to place a pick up order, everything seemed fine and we arranged a time. Showed up no one was there. I called, texted multiple times and nothing. Finally got a hold of them way later and no apology other than you can come now. I was busy so asked if they can deliver but they wanted to charge. So we set a new time for pick up instead and again they were not there! I called and they told me it's because they're too busy somewhere else WTH?! I demanded they deliver for free and they finally agreed. Showed up at my house like 10:30 pm. After the party I was in no rush to return the chairs after all the issues but planned to return by end of week. The lady suddenly starts blowing up my phone. I finally answer and instead of saying hello she yells at me and saying when are u going to return the chairs?! Mind you she never told me when they were due back. So I said I can take them later today and she says no I'll send someone to pick them up now. Guy shows up like in 3 mins. So this man was on his way to pickup from my house without even knowing if I was home. SMH

Communication is bad with this business. It almost seems like they're overwhelmed and can't seem to keep up. I haven't had a problem getting tables or chairs that I need as they seem to have them but when I call trying to get update on when they will deliver the tables/chairs no answer, she did call back but seemed to be bothered when I asked for a delivery time. I didn't get tables/chairs until day off and few hours before my event. When I asked when they will pick up they said Sunday. No pick up. Not very friendly customer service. I don't think I'll rent tables/ chairs from her any more. Sorry.

I tried ordering chairs and tables from here, I called and got no response. Instead I got a text saying to text her instead. Okay, no problem, I tell her my order and everything and ask if it's okay to pick it up then because the event is the next day and have no means of picking up items. Not too many chairs and tables were ordered so I figured it would be okay. I get no response all day. I try calling and texting, no response. I ordered from someone else because I couldn't get any response. The next day (day of the event) I have a missed call and a text saying to come pick up the order. She never said it was okay, she never gave me any indication that the order was placed because she simply stopped responding to me. Do not recommend, horrible communication and customer service.

Could not have asked for a better florist. She had so many meeting with me, was patient when I didn't have some things figured out.. was able to add some items I needed last minute. I was hesitant because she doesn't have any event pictures online but she was referred to by a trusted aunt and I do not regret it one bit. She drove from LA to San Diego on the day off.. worked very well with my event planner.. and everything came out beautifully.. I would recommend her 100% ..She did my bridesmaids Bouquet and mine.. pictures to come!She works well with inspiration pictures so take your pinterest images and sit with her to figure out your style... you will NOT be disappointed

You guys have been with us for years and doing our parties but the last few years your service has been horrible , always late to pick up and just bad service today one of your guys had took a s*** in our back yard as well as took a piss instead of using the portable restroom in the front as well as sleeping in my back yard ..this has yet been the worst service

I was very pleased with the service I got here. I was able to get exactly what I needed at the last minute. When I went to pick up my tablecloths the lady even made sure they were ironed and ready to go on the spot. I rented some tables and chairs and I got a call to pick them up early so that I could have them ready for my event. First time coming here and I will come back.

I have rented tables, chairs, and even a Jumper, from here and have not been disappointed. They have varieties to choose from, and they deliver, or you can pick up and drop your rentals. I picked up/dropped off this time due to a small rental. With the pandemic restrictions lifting, Party Solutions business is picking up so it's always good to call ahead?

Worse services ever call last week to make a order she told me to send inf in text I did she told me she close today at 2 so I left work orley to pick it up well guess what’s she not professional not order was not ready the guy there even know noting I was try to work with them I change the color if they have it available there because I need them ASAP Table cloths for long tables the was try to give me for round tables all Wrinkle and stains the guy was fit both of tables was so so mad ? tnks god Silverio party rental was open the lady there super nice she help me out for got her name will never ever get noting from this place look dirty place really don’t know how they still on business worse customer services ever

I wish I could do ZERO stars, this place is a joke. I had rented from them before and didn't think too much of it. They made me come pick up my own tables and chairs in the past and this time that I rented linen from them, they were the worst. I showed up to pick it up and they told me it wasn't ready and should come back in 30 minutes. An hour later I showed up and without even acknowledging my presence was simply told they still weren't ready. They finally said they would drop them off that night. They showed up around 10:30pm to drop off. The next day when I was placing them on my tables every one of the linens that was dropped off was stained of grease and paint. I was extremely disappointed but had no choice but to use them at that point. Anyway dropped them off they couldn't find my ticket and Irene told me everything was good and I was done so I walked away. Two weeks later on a Saturday night without any previous calls her employee is at my door saying I owe a balance. I explained to him what Irene said and he insisted on me paying a balance. I don't appreciate having somebody show up at my door unannounced on a Saturday. Next time she has this guy show up at my door without any calls or any kind of notice I will make sure the police is called. If you can help it go somewhere else. Don't rent from them ever. There are plenty other party supply stores in the area that are professional and have a nice and clean showroom. This place is pretty gross.

Don't bother with this business. The people running it didn't make me feel like they wanted my business, absolutely no reassurance of commitment. My event started at 3pm, these people showed up at 245pm in a rush to set up, after making a commitment to be there from 12 to 1. Never called to inform me they were running late, or even coming at all. Once they set up, they left because they forgot my cake stand and had to go back for it. Will never book this business again.

Horrible customer service over the phone and in person. Highly recommended going elsewhere. I placed rental order 2 weeks prior to event, the day of pick up I called at 10am to confirm my 15-120" black round table cloths were ready. She states they wouldn't be ready until 11. I arrived at 1:48pm as the owner I guess with two of her staff scramble looking thru bags for my table cloths. Which baffles me because they were supposed to be ironed, why would they be taped up in trash bags!? Then she states oh these are new the vendor just dropped off and said they were ironed. They weren't. So she then says they'll drop them at my home between 3-4pm, I agreed. 4:30 rolls around and still no delivery, I call as she shouts at me that her driver is there knocking at my door. I was literally standing on the curb her driver wAs no where to be seen. She call him on another line on speaker. He's yelling at her and she in turn continues to yell at me asking for my address(which I've confirmed 3x's). I then wave down the street where I see a raggedy white van. He spots me and says "cabrona!" And hangs up! DONT WASTE ANY MONEY AT THIS PLACE!

First and last time we used this place. I wish I could put 0 stars. Ordered a pinata almost 3 weeks in advance paid up front. Day before party we call to check on our pinata and they start giving us excuses. They then start ignoring our calls. Day of the party they call oh hey your pinata is done. We ended up leaving party to pick it up since we had already paid. Stay away from this place, didn't even get a sorry from them or anything.
