Ordered online Saturday morning, website showed oil and oil filter were in stock and available for same day pick up. Once processed, the order changed pick up time to MONDAY. This is the second time this happens. This defeats the purpose of online ordering, really a waste of time!!

Order a radiator for pickup on Saturday. It was delivered to another store in the OC. Neither store would try and get it for me. Very disappointed in NAPA’s service. They wanted me to waste my time and gas money for their mistake. NAPA didn’t even offer a discount for the inconvenience.
