I used to work for this company over 10 years ago as part of the production crew. One thing I remember is how well I was treated by upper management - From "Good morning" to "Goodnight," they made it to where I felt like I belonged. Fast forward 10 years later, I now treat my employees with the same respect as an HR Manager and Business Partner.
