“On Valley Blvd just west of Rosemead, there are 4-6 Chinese furniture stores. To me, it seems like they all order from a large wholesale warehouse. They all have small show rooms. Just tell them what you're looking for and what price, and they will flip through the catalogs with you to help you find something you like. Obviously not going to find high quality items at these stores, but if you're looking for something practical and affordable, these places are better than IKEA. They are also willing to deliver and set it up in your house for you. The downside: Parking there is limited (only 1 of the furniture stores has parking). This is bargain based shopping, so you have to negotiate. Sometimes if the negotiation goes the wrong way, one might get angry... luckily there's 4 more stores right next to each other!”

Let's just say we spent way too much money at "reputable" Ashley's Furniture and with disappointment after disappointment we ultimately cancelled our remaining order for our mattress and purchased ours here instead. “I was looking for a couch that would fit our needs and not leave my wallet crying. I found Tempo on Offer Up and called to find out they have two locations. We visited one shop and found the right couch for us, but unfortunately only the display model was there. However, they were kind and accommodating and called up the other location to have them wrap the couch and have it ready for us to pick up that night even though it was about to be closing time. We got our couch that night and it has been perfect for us. This place has a lot to offer aside from couches, a great selection at reasonable prices.”
