I suggest people only go here for very basic maintenance. I don't know if it's the lack of experience or just lazy but they didn't do the majority of the work I had asked for (check engine light, change/fix tire and change battery). You'd think when you have a fleet account they'd do whatever needs to get done but guess not.
If management wants to reach out to me and make things right I encourage it.
Edited just so management knows cause of my trucks issue.
Another shop looked at it and found a short under the fuse box causing the intermittent failure of the fuel pump. That's what experience gets you

Bought my tires from here. Sent my wife to get the change done. Got a call from them letting me know I also needed my brakes changed. He said “practically metal to metal”
But I had changed the brakes myself the week before.

Not a satisfied customer. I had my work truck (Gmc) repaired. I took it in for a front wheel alignment for $500..Although I thought price was a little high. I took my truck in anyways.
When it was done, I picked it up and 1or 2 days later it started pulling to the left. It never did that before. So I take it in again the following week, I dropped it off. I picked it up after it was done. Again 1-2 days later same thing. Starts pulling to the left.. So I just figured oh well bad mechanics. So I decided to go else where. Now my truck drives great again. I figure if u can't fix it correct then what's the point of being a mechanic. Bad service. Also a word of advice!! Clean your show room.
No matter what bussines we are all in KEEP IT CLEAN!!

“DO NOT” bring your vehicle to this shop. Originally brought it in for an oil change and they ended up replacing my front brakes as well. Keep in mind I had no issues with squeaky brakes prior to them replacing them. Brought it in several times to address the issue, even had one of there techs ride along with me to hear the noise. They said the noise was normal and could be caused by weather and glazing on brakes. They lack customer service skills. Had to get a rental for them to work on it “over the weekend” and they still had done nothing. Haven’t had an experience like this ever. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!!!!! I came here for a flat tire and after my service here I noticed I had a missing valve cap that I had just bought 2 days prior online SRT valve caps and after I called and asked if they can check to see were they had misplaced it all in a nice manner they basicly told me it wasn't them knowing I had just put them on 2 days ago thieves that's all they are and very unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this place!!!!go at your own risk!!!!they lost a customer over 20 dollar valve caps wow!!!
