I would leave 0 if I could. I've been a hairdresser for 25 years. I always buy Bohyme. I think they take the good hair out and replace it with trash. After two weeks it was crawling and tumble weeds. I moved tracks, conditioned it, nothing. I complained to them 3 times with no response. I had to take it out and go but real Bohyme. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!!

There is a reason when you look at the 3" tape in wefts that it has zero reviews and it isn't because someone hasn't reviewed it yet. How do I know? Because I left an honest review on this product (after spending nearly 400.00 on it) and they deleted it. So here I am to again warn people not to waste their hard earned money on this product. They promise remy human hair but it isn't. After three weeks it is such a tangled mess that even putting it in a ponytail yields a rats nest within an hour's time. I've had barbie dolls with better quality hair than this mess and the fact the company is purposely hiding bad experiences with their product just reeks of poor form. It means they know that they are producing a bad product and rather than stop selling it they just bury the truth and sell you the lie. Don't buy it. Go literally anywhere else.

This is one of the worse companies I've worked with in my 12 years of doing hair!!!! I have worked with extenshions for almost 12 years using everything from cheap Sally's hair to hairtalk and bohame you name it I've probably used it. I recently took a handtied class and they recommended Bohyme hair I usually use the silky straight and love it but they were out of a color I needed and recommended the body wave saying it's similar but after washing it once it was incredibly matted and unusable. I Have reached out to them for over a month now to ask if this is a accruing problem or maybe it's part of a bad batch of hair. No one has gotten back to me. I have also had issues with hair being sent to the wrong address or paying for 3 day shipping and it taking a week to get to me. After spending thousands of dollars with them I would think they would want to try to keep my business but I have decided to look for another vendor and hope this helps someone else make the decision to do the same.

AMAZZZINNGG. I have done hair for almost 10 years , and used many different extension companies to purchase hair for my business and never before have I found a company that has been so consistent in their quality of hair and so wonderful to work with as people. I have never experienced better customer service from any company of any kind, and don't think I will ever be able to find another extension company the same as this one. They genuinely care about each of their customers and are willing to put in the extra work for each of them. I strongly recommend Luxe Remi to both individual customers purchasing their own hair, or stylists looking for a company to use as their regular extension source.

Do not buy from this company "luxe Remy"!! Bought brand new Bohyme weft of hair from Them and within one wash it was a tangled matted mess of hair. Its stiff, brittle, and completely unmanageable!! My only description i can use for it is it's like doll hair or almost like bleach fried hair that's been melted together. I've used all types of hair extensions from sallys brand to "babe" extensions which is my personal favorite and my stylist went with this company for my new hair weft and that's where it all began. We both have e-mailed to no response from them as of yet. Luckily I have it all documented on video and in pics. I still have my old tape-in babe extensions that we're worn for 9 + months and colored and blow dryed, curled etc... And they are still soft silky and not tangled at all. So I put the two together to compare and there is a 100% difference and the old tape-ins are the far better of the two. I'm highly upset and devestated to put it mildly!! Luckily I have an Amazing hair stylist that will get me new hair and deal with this company for reimbursement and I will fight with her so this doesn't have to happen to anyone else hopefully! My hair to me is more then just hair, I have it long to cover scars on my back and on the sides of my head so I can wear tank tops comfortably and not have to wear a hat to cover the sides of my head/scalp. This company should be ashamed of themselves!! ZERO STARS GIVIN!!

Received bad hair. Always Tangles very rough dry hair. Black synthetic hair mixed in with the blonde. Luxe remi said this is normal. I now have to replace the hair one month after buying.
