I really wish the service from the teenagers at the counter was better and not roll their eyes when I had a question about getting a key cut. The two male teenager and female teen all looked at the key like it was a mystery relic from the ancient times and not a key from a 2018 isuzu. I'll continue to come here for other parts and goods but not for key cutting

Excellent service. I went in looking for a thermocouple/pilot kit for my water heater to no avail. The fine hardware assistant suggested I change only the thermocouple, which he did have, since the pilot was working. I took his advice and my water heater is working perfectly. The whole burner assembly was going to cost me $400+, which was suggested by a factory technician . Ace Hardware saved me lots of money. Thanks again. I didn't get the sales assistant's name, but I was there on the weekend of this past Memorial Day holiday.

Inventario is good. Prices kind of on the high but certainly they some staff that home depot doesn't. They need to work on the cashier though. Seems like doesn't like to help at all.

Saw some good reviews on this place, but whoever the kids were working this morning, 7/4 around 8am were less than helpful. never going to this one again.
