I highly recommend coming to see him, he is very knowledgeable and friendly to get along with and is great at following up and checking in. Highly recommend. We went for a customized etched cheese board for a retirement gift. The lady working couldn't have been nicer and explained how the machine worked. We ended up a few other items. “I've always seen these permanent bracelets all over TikTok and have wanted to get one but never really looked into it but I finally decided to do some research and purchase one. I was looking around and Eleven + Vyn came up and they have great reviews and their appointment system was so convenient and easy that I decided to give them a shot!I am so happy I went with them because from start to finish my experience was fantastic. I made an appointment for a Sunday and was greeted with a little sign that had my name on it and welcomed me to my appointment! Everyone was super helpful and very informative! I had looked online at the different styles but when you get there and actually get to see the bracelets in person your mind might change which style you like. I don't quite remember the name of the one we got, but it started with an L.Once we chose what style, someone helped us out to fit the bracelet to our liking. If we didn't like the fit, the employee was more than happy to fix it and relink to our desired length. The process itself takes like 10-15 minutes and is so easy! I am so happy with it and its so light that I don't realize I even have it on throughout the day. They also said that within 60 days if it breaks we can come back in and they will fix it no charge and after the 60 days I believe it is about $20 to fix so not bad! I also worried that if there is some reason why I would need to take it off what would we do and they reassured me that we can cut the chain that they used to bind it together and we can come back in and they will reattach for us. They were very informative with the care instructions too which was a bonus!Overall if I could give them 6 stars I would! I definitely want to come back for more and ai wouldn't come anywhere else but Eleven + Vyn!”

Surprisingly, he said he would sell to me $5k. I paid $5200 for it downtown jewelry district. Ps. He's also a realtor and trusted by community and clients. Glad I chose his store from the others in my Google maps. The owner, Daniel, is a straight shooter, very honest, and amicable. Makes you feel at home. Excellent and fast work.”
