“Location is close to freeway and border cities. Staff is polite, they make check in easy and the rate is affordable. Rooms have clean towels, hairdryers and comfortable beds. Wi-Fi connection is good and having a laundry facility is a bonus. If you're looking to stay one or multiple days it's a place you can safely stay without unnecessary traffic and park your vehicle without concern of vandalism or a break in. If ever in the area, I would book this place again!”

“The property is a bit hard to find initially. Parking up front is limited but they gave gated parking in the back for a vehicle if you bring one or check one in. Upon entering it’s a very quaint and traditional atmosphere. The employees are very friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful. The rooms are spacious and very cute, we enjoyed the outside patio very much. The decor is nice but the hotel is older and that is displayed in their pictures. Being an older hotel you will notice certain features such as the AC doesn’t function the best, maybe that was just our room either way it wasn’t an issue. The beds were comfortable however, the pillows were terrible. They have to be the worst pillows I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The breakfast is not a hot breakfast it’s grab and go but they have nice options. They have a 24/7 coffee bar which is nice along with a full pantry to purchase items from. The hotel smelled so fresh and clean all day everyday. The hotel is close to everything! You can walk if to just about anything you need. It’s family and child friendly.Overall, a delightful stay.Nearby activities: Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, a golf course, shopping, grocery. Lots to do!Safety: It’s Anaheim Ca so there are still precautions to take but the hotel itself is safe and has gated parking.Walkability: The location is close to restaurants, grocery shops and a golf course along with other businesses.Food & drinks: 24/7 coffee bar. The grab and go breakfast has nice options but isn’t hot. They have a full pantry of items for purchase.”

“This was a nice place to stay. I had never heard of this concept from hyatt. But the rooms were great, the breakfast was good and the service at breakfast was good!Rooms: We had the two queen bed Suite. The beds were in their own room and then the couch pulled out into a bed. That allowed the adults to be in one room and the little monsters in another!Food & drinks: The breakfast they offer with the room was actually pretty good. One day they had waffles the next they had pancakes. They're pork sausage was good and they had some other variety that my family enjoyed.”

“this hampton inn came to our rescue after an absolutely nightmarish situation!! we checked into a nearby motel and saw no less than 4 roaches within 15 minutes of entering our dingy room that reeked of cigarette smoke. we booked it out of there and immediately started searching for nearby accommodation, and off the quick search, we found that this hampton inn had the best rates for the night and figured it'd be lightyears better than what we just went through. we called, and got redirected to what i assume was hampton inn's call center who, while a bit unclear with some things, secured us a reservation and we drove straight over. upon arrival, we were greeted by two ladies, von (vaughn? not sure of spelling) and katrina. we let them know of our situation and they were very sympathetic. katrina pulled up our reservation and warned that they might not have rooms left, but had two leads on possible open rooms (wish the call center guy had let us know this as well but what can you do). as she went and checked for an available room, von chatted with us and lifted my 6 year old niece's spirits, even going as far as gifting her a hawaiian airlines snack pouch. within 10 minutes of driving up, katrina and von had us fully checked into a room off of an extremely last minute and unlikely reservation. the room was everything we'd hoped for; sleek, bright, and so pristine my niece kicked off her shoes and excitedly dove into bed to kick around under the sheets giggling only minutes after she proclaimed she "unlocked a new fear and trauma: roaches in my hotel bed!!". we all slept soundly knowing we were well taken care of and in a clean room. we loved it so much we wanted to stay another night! none of us have ever been more grateful for a clean room, and it wouldn't have been possible (+ our moods would not have turned around) if it wasn't for von and katrina. thank you so so much ladies for being our saving grace in a horror story we'll be telling for years to come!”

“Very nice and new hotel, huge TVs, super clean. My only complaint is that all the lights in the rooms were super bright fluorescent bulbs, including in the bathroom where you could only turn on all lights at 100%, or no light. There was no way to have only a small light or dim light on at night, like to go to the bathroom. That said, overall it was a great stay! Solid breakfast in the morning.”

“Fridge smells and was pulled out.
Overall, a great room for a great price.
Not ideal in terms of location but that's something you know beforehand.
All in all, it's what you pay for (minus the fridge).
Also, the parking is great!”

“Worse customer service ever, there not even on the same page with their own employees and supposably managers, each hotel webpage has a dictionary of contact information regarding complaints and booking and there page had no number or any info, do not book , hate this place , overpriced, Vegas hotels are way better and know how to handle at types of issue..”

“This was a great place for base camp to all of the Amusement parks. We stayed for 5 days. The rooms were clean beds Comfortable and showers were good. They have a nice pool and a Jacuzzi. The breakfast was fairly decent. We rented 2 rooms and there was an issue with one of them. They were very cheerfully accommodating and immediately moved us to another room.
One word of caution, I recommend asking for a poolside and not a roadside room. The road noise can get to be a bit much.”

“I love this hotel!

Beth at the front desk was so accommodating and kind. My boyfriend and I had just come from a hotel that had fleas and Beth was able to find us a room last minute. I'd stayed here 4 times before and every time I've had a great experience, so when we had to leave the other hotel I told him that we should just go to Lincoln because I've consistently had good experiences.

The rooms were clean and modern and the included breakfast is always so nice. It's not like most hotels at this price range that only give you toast and cereal, this one has breakfast with eggs, ham, sausage, potatoes and rice porridge. I do miss the chow mein they used to have with cabbage, but you're still getting all this with a waffle maker, cereals, toasts, muffins, oatmeals, juice, milk and tea.

Check out is also at noon instead of 11am like most hotels now which I love because I hate waking up early and feeling rushed.

The area is quiet, safe, walkable, surrounded by amazing restaurants, and close enough to any attractions you need in LA.

The staff has always been consistently kind to me from the front desk to the parking attendants, to the breakfast attendants to the cleaning staff.

I will be staying here again and again!

I forgot to take pictures of the room this time but I included my breakfast and beautiful view.”

“I booked this hotel because of the location, which is very convenient if you have a car, you make like 20-30 minutes everywhere in Los Angeles, which is very nice. The hotel exceed my expectation, everything was clean, and all the employees where paying attention to details. Front desk people explain me everything I need to know. You can park your car in a safe place, they also have a security person for this. The area it looked safe and with some fast food restaurants nearby, you have a highway also nearby which is convenient. Room was big and clean, with quality towels and sheets. I like the dispensers for the shampoo, soap, conditioner, which is very convenient. They provide coffee and water in the room. Housekeeping was cleaning our room everyday, change the towels and also they make the bed. Breakfast was delicous, they have a menu for every single day, which you can see in the breakfast area. A lot of choices from scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, bread, yogurt, fruits, waffles. I like that you can make your personalized yogurt or waffles because they offer a lot of toppings ( chocolate chips, coconut flakes, candies, almonds and many more ). Coffee is very good also.So breakfast is exceptional and the persos who work there are very nice and helpful.Disliked · I didn't like the tip option, which is with a QR code, they can also have the traditional tip envelope where you can leave money.Per total is a nice hotel clean hotel, with friendly employees and a good location. Price is very good also for Los Angeles.”

“Absolutely love this hotel. The staff is always great, as is the location. This is a very new property, located right by the Montebello Golf Course. Most rooms on the west side of the hotel offer spectacular views of the golf course and downtown Los Angeles in the background.Update for 2024: Have been back many times and always great service and hotel still looking great! My recent stay, Joseph and David at the front desk were both fantastic. Friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I had another great stay! Ulices helped me out too with some copies saving me a trip to the FedEx store. And so refreshing having daily housekeeping. Not a lot of hotels offer that anymore without having to request. Always a nice touch coming back to a refreshed room! ?”

“This was our 2nd stay and it's quite, convenient and a great center for all the other areas around.

Food & drinks: There's a great coffee shop right across the street with amazing bagels. The donut shop just around the corner was great too. I walked to both places. Also, some of the best pizza we have ever had was from Amerci Pizza Kitchen just up the road.”

“Peter was very patient, accommodating and very helpful. It’s what we need in this type of world we live in after COVID. The fact that the world stop does not mean we should stop progressing. People like Peter is the kind of customer service the world and each and every public service establishment should provide to have a thriving society for most Americans.

Rooms: Upgraded to a suite for the right value and price.”

“The Long Beach Marriott was my home away from home for multiple years when traveling for work and always had a wonderful stay and experience. I have to shout out Carolina at the front desk who always went above and beyond to make sure I was receiving the best care and nothing short of an excellent stay. Rooms are exceptionally comfortable with stylish finishing touches and very well insulated to maintain a quiet and restful environment, and the amenities are top notch. The staff from the front desk, housekeeping, M-Lounge, baristas, management, and valets are always friendly and welcoming. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard of customer experience over several years of stays. I often refer others to stay at this location during their travels to the area.”
