Super busy shop so expect them to have your car for about a week. But totally worth it, their prices are completely fair and honest... Which is so hard to find in an auto shop nowadays. This shop for my import cars and I was referred by the mechanic next door at Flacos Auto repair, whom also comes highly recommended these are the guys.

My 2013 Subaru Outback wouldn't start. After AAA failed to jump the battery they suggested it was the fuel pump. I had it towed to my usual mechanic who up until now I've raved about and recommended to everyone, Hans Automotive. I've been taking my vehicle to Han's for almost 4 years now since they were located on Beverly Blvd. For some reason Han refused to properly diagnose my vehicle and told me I had to take it to the dealer. Confused as to why Han couldn't even diagnose the problem, I did as recommended and towed my vehicle to Subaru of Glendale. The dealer quickly determined it to be the fuel pump. I called Han to ask how much to install a fuel pump and I once he knew it was me calling he said he would call me back. Well he called back and said I should take it to the dealer. I'm not sure why he refused to repair my vehicle but rest assured I won't be recommending Hans Automotive anymore.

Fantastic work done by a fantastic group of people. I took my car in for some electrical problems that were plaguing me for the past year. They worked quickly and the price was great too. I will definitely be coming here again with my car. Thanks so much Hans Automotive LLC!

My VW broke down right near Hans Automotive. A couple other places nearby wouldn't take in a German car. Han looked at my car and told me I needed a new engine. I didn't know what to do because my car isn't worth that much but he helped talk me through my options. I decided to replace it because buying a car is just too much right now. He worked so hard on my car. He looked around to find me the best deal on parts because those too are expensive right now. I really appreciated Han's attention to detail and patience through the process. My car drives great again and I'm a very happy customer.

I needed work done in my car, and no car mechanic wanted to touch it except for him. Apparently he gets work from car dealers because they can't figure it out themselves. He is also a very legit and honest guy. He won't try to upsell you anything. He actually refer me to the dealer for some work that should be done under warranty! You can trust him!

Han was able to help me out with repairs on my Tesla, no need to bother with setting a service appointment. As always his work was professional, prompt and was not outrageously priced! I I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. A++++

I won't take my Tesla anywhere else. Hans is so responsive, so professional and so knowledgeable about Teslas. Every time I go to him, he updates me on common issues with Teslas and appropriate maintenance. You only have to meet him once to know you can trust him with your vehicle. I have referred several others to him and they all echo my same sentiments. Don't think twice... take it to Hans!

Han is not only one of the best German car mechanics in SoCal (I didn't know he also has a reputation with Teslas), he's as straight up as anyone can be. He's been a lifesaver keeping an '03 Jetta running good for us. No BS, no upsell, explains everything. In just a short time, Han has become the kind of guy that I simply don't question. I know whatever he does is gonna be done right and at a great price. If you have a German car (or a Tesla from what I'm reading here) it's worth the drive from wherever you are to go see him.
