This is the worst delivery service ever! There is no tracking system that provides a time estimate for delivery, nor an accurate date of delivery or location of where the delivery truck is. Packages are left after hours at businesses and there is no opportunity to tell this company of the hours of operation for the delivery address. Email notifications are outright lies. When packages are left, the package is left in a spot where it is easily and quickly stolen. The customer service justifies mistake after mistake and tells you to take it up with the shipper. Avoid this company and use UPS or FedEx, if the option exists.

I would give 0 stars. Company customer service is horrible! They missed the delivery time frame 3 days in a row. Spent hours on hold waiting to speak to someone (gave up). Tried online chat. Chat was ended when I asked for a supervisor (twice). One chat person suggested "I wait on porch until package is delivered" after I said it wasn't feasible to drive 4 hours to the GLS hub, to pickup my package. The GLS company is trash! I still do not have my package.

Once again text message says my package has been delivered. I looked outside, there's nothing at my door. Everytime. Every delivery. No improvement with each complaint. I will once again inform the company who is shipping to me. Soon these large companies will stop using GLS. They prefer their packages arrive at their client/customers homes. They prefer shipping product one time. The way it sits right now each order costs them double.

I got notified that my package was out for delivery today and I work from home so I’ve been here waiting for this delivery company to knock on my door. I also kept tracking my package which showed it was out for delivery up until 4pm when it all of sudden showed “there’s an issue with my delivery and no recipient was available to sign” There was no email notification that they attempted to deliver but I got emails letting me know that my shipment was on the way and when it was out for delivery but nothing for an attempted delivery? And no one knocked on my door? There also was no tag left on my door either. I emailed their customer service and was told that a tag should have been left?? but since the diver claimed no one was here now it’s being rescheduled for Monday which is concerning because how do I know this won’t happen again? How do I know the driver actually came to my home if no tag was left like they’re supposed do per their customer service? Anyways they don’t seem to care every much and it’s just “unfortunately we tried” and now I have to wait until Monday with hopes that they actually make an attempt to deliver. I really don’t understand why the driver didn’t leave a tag or knock if he came to my door? Smh this package is very important to me but that doesn’t seem to matter. Oh and the company I ordered from has a policy that if the package gets returned back to them because it can’t be delivered to me I get charged 20% of the purchase price..so when I say I’ve been home waiting, I’ve been home waiting

Package left out on garden wall by garage for all to see and porch thieves to steal. Didn’t deliver to front door like Amazon, UPS, USPS and FedEx all do. Was placed there at night but have dusk to dawn and motion sensor lights for security and safety so no excuse for this. Package contained medicines from Kaiser Pharmacy. Inexcusable service.

What an absolutely trash company. I had ordered a gift for a family member. I was at home at the time when I received the text message that the delivery had been made. The delivery wasn’t made. I have security cameras to prove this. Not only did they not deliver my package, but the package was over $100 of alcohol, which required a signature.I immediately called the company and waited on hold for thirty minutes. Despite the jingle and repetitive message about getting immediate assistance with someone online via chat, an actual juman being answered my call before the person on chat did.I was told I would be contacted regarding my package.Three days went by and NO ONE contacted me despite my phone call, despite me answering their follow up email regarding my delivery, despite me going to their website and filing a complaint as well. Zero interaction.Everyone knows that when a package is delivered, it gets scanned. That scan then sends the text message to the recipient alerting them of the delivery. GLS knows the time the package was scanned and where it was dropped off. They clearly didn’t bother to follow up on my lost package. They easily could’ve picked it back up where they dropped it off since I alerted them within thirty minutes after drop off. Their entire business is DELIVERY and yet they are unable to track their OWN package? Despite it requiring an adult signature by law?!!Don’t believe how bad they are? Read how many one star reviews they have. Don’t do business with this company. Obviously they do not take pride in their reputation nor do they care about their customers, with such a lack of professionalism and courtesy.When I mentioned to them that they have the drop off location of my package and they should be able to pick it up, they simply told me that it is now considered lost and that they would forward my advice to the appropriate personnel. What???Makes me wonder if this was an actual mistake by the company or if their employees are simply thieves. Why wouldn’t they follow up?!!Absolute trash company. Zero customer service. I wish I could give a negative five star review.

I wasn’t going to share my experience yesterday, the day I received my package because I was fuming. If I could give zero stars I would. After looking back at video, I thought I can’t keep this from other customers receiving packages from this company. I have had many packages delivered by UPS, USPS, FedEx and DLS, but never have they thrown packages so carelessly at my door. It seemed this driver was having a bad day. He needed some time to self regulate because obviously something was bothering him and he took it out on the packages. As soon as he threw my package he says”Yeah, I’ll give it to them” I thought he was on the phone, but that was not the case. I wish I could add video as that shows what he did, but instead I will post pics. This driver showed no pride in his work or good work ethic. I know we can’t expect the best out of everyone, but we can try our best in what we do. I hope this driver gets the help he needs to be a better person. You shouldn’t take your frustration out on people you don’t know. And if you want to be in this field of work, make sure you’re doing it for the right reasons and it makes you happy. Don’t use it as a way to let out your frustration.

I have had two deliveries from Wildgrain (amazing company, amazing products, amazing customer service) both shipments with GLS have had issues. The first one the driver didn't want to wait the 5 mins it would have taken to get down our road. The town was working on the road and had only one lane available.All of the items were ruined since the dry ice melted in the 100° weather while it was delivered the next day. Wildgrain replaced the items without question.The box that was delivered today looked like it was tossed out of the back of the delivery truck @ 40mph. Three of the items bags were ripped open, one all over the inside of the box. Wildgrain will replace/refund the damaged items again and thankfully not use GLS again for my future orders.

I got a text telling me my package had been delivered. So I go to get it in one of two obvious places to look. Not on the front porch nor the back porch! Where did I find it? Oh, in the dirt out behind a parked car nowhere near either porches!! These were pants for my daughter that happen to be white. The package was damaged and there is dirt on her pants!! These were not cheap!! I'd give them zero stars if I could!

I am subscribed to a food prep service. For the last three weeks, your company has dropped off my packages in our unsecured mail room with zero attempt at delivering to my apartment. In once case, I had a package stolen because of your poor service. Tonight, you left another apartments package on top of mine in the same mail room. Please tell your drivers to deliver these items to our door. If I am paying for shipping and handling, then I expect the package to be delivered professionally.

I text them, emailed called them and spoke to them directly and I’m still getting boxes of this stuff from fresh and lean and I’m going away for three weeks tomorrow. I received a box today of 13 meals one yesterday of 12 meals and they all expire before I come back. Fresh and lean sucks! Don’t get involved with it!

Delivery video captured. Driver threw package at doorstep. Box tumbled on concrete. I hope nothing broke. Delivery driver needs to respect other people’s property. Handled terribly. This is maybe why I’ve never heard of this carrier. Couldn’t figure out how to leave a quarter star.

GLS has done a horrible job of reading directions on the shipping label and my front door, both of which say to deliver packages in the rear garage. Instead they have consistently ignored instructions and thrown the packages into my bushes in front damaging them. USPS, FedEx, and UPS have no difficulty with reading instructions and delivery is always by the garage. With 5-10 deliveries monthly I definitely wouldn’t recommend GLS as your carrier

Delivery was great and on time.HOWEVER shipping and transferring was risky done by a mob of angry zombies. Package was punctured by something like a forklift prong, forceful and blunt, penetrating the box, insulation liner, and the frozen food contents inside.

DHL handed off to GLS. Orders left no where near our home. First time we reported to retailer who resent the order. Second time same thing. We called GLS and were on hold for 1 hour. GLS sent a picture of where the box had been left it took a hunt to figure out where it was - 1.5 miles from our home and was not there by the time we figured out what the picture was of ( had no box numbers in their picture). Worst customer service ever.
