Jason Speight, the manager, is rude and condescending. He has no business being in customer service, let alone managing a store. When I went into the Irvine location he overcharged me for products that I paid cash for and didn’t provide a receipt. Once I realized the error he refused to assist me with a return or price correction, saying he had no record of my order. He became aggressive and told me it wasn’t his job to help customers. I would never step foot in this store again and will tell every contractor I know about the experience I had here.

We ordered our flooring product through one of their dealers. The wood flooring looked great until we saw the "treads" that needed to complete the staircase in our home. The treads we received was incorrect wood and stain that the rest of the house already had been put down. This was not the dealers fault but Monarch/Galleher. It has been 6 weeks that Galleher has been notified of this and still no solution. Well, they did send up some wood planks that was the wrong wood, wrong grain and wrong color. Yet, they knew exactly what we had in the house. The dealer is beside himself and Galleher has not done anything to resolve the issue. TERRIBLE customer service overall.

The lady in the front desk this morning was extremely disrespectful. While being there I watched as people came in not being able to fluently speak English answer questions she was asking. If they didn't properly answer the question the first time she immediately began yelling in an extremely disrespectful tone.

I just saw a video in YouTube from citizens curious about your warehouse in Santa Fe springs. Please teach your staff there are the warehouse about manners and decency. Especially since they represent your company and the experience customers have with your company. You should not be afraid of cameras. Curiosity is positive. Should not make workers uncomfortable. Besides as I said it could have been an opportunity to show the company in a positive way. Instead members of the staff just wanted to be territorial towards the law abiding citizens!

CONSUMER ALERT! BEWARE of Reward and Galleher! DO NOT BUY REWARD PRODUCTS! In December 2019, a rep from Star Floors in Phoenix AZ recommended vinyl plank flooring distributed by Gallaher. The product we purchased and installed is: GemCore-by Reward, Onyx Collection Manchester. The Star Floors rep said it would be a waterproof, superior alternative to traditional wood plank flooring. What a nightmare! Our hardwood flooring, distributed by Galleher, is flawed. It is Somerset engineered wood, Hickory Saddle, from the Character Collection. It was installed in February, 2019, by Marquez Wood Floors of Huntington Beach, CA. When we noticed the new floor planks were splitting and cracking, Marquez contacted the Somerset distributor, Galleher. A representative named Toni finally visited our home to inspect the floor in June, 2019. Since then, Marquez has contacted Galleher, the distributor, as well as Somerset. The distributor representative, Carl Mattingly, no longer responds to Marquez. Our installer then contacted Somerset directly, and it said we have to deal with the distributor, Galleher. Now we are in October. The floor has been a problem for 8 months, and nothing has been done. SOMERSET FAILED TO HONOR THEIR 25-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY, and GALLEHER IS NOT EVEN RESPONDING!
