Make sure you talk to a loader to confirm your load is ready. Office lady made me wait 3 hours for no reason. When I checked in again 3 hours later, I talked to the loader and told me my load was ready when I first checked in. The office didn't notify him I was there.

It's a shame what they pay! $17 an hour, the managers want to give you lip service, they want to convince you to stay, people leave because the first 2 weeks of the month you are going to do 8 hours and the last 2 weeks of the month you are going to get 4 to 5 hours, and the work is very heavy and they are very demanding! Furthermore, their machines are not very suitable (modern) to be able to work! This company is garbage! I would never return to this job no matter how much they paid me!

Good luck getting anything on time if you are picking up or delivering. Expect to wait at least 3-4 hours pass your appointment time . I don’t get how a business can be this slow

I called in and was verbally degraded on the phone by an office personnel named Jeannette.I was trying to speak with the HR department and get transferred to their direct line but she was completely bothered to do so and would not transfer me.She was sloppy with her verbiage and had horrible customer service skills. She said she was going to put me on hold... yet obviously did not push the correct telephone button to do so... and I heard her arguing with her baby father on her personal cellphone in the background speaking horribly about her kids and his financial disability. Using horrible profanity and inappropriate slang for any workplace.When she got back on the line she forgot what it was that she needed to do and basically hung up on the phone on me. I hope that they remove her from the company because she cant even direct a phone call correctly.

This place is pretty clean, efficient, and fresh as can be I have got fruits and vegetables from their companies and was very satisfied

Truck drivers if u call to see about getting loaded early and she tells u to come early we will load u she is straight up lying to you my appt was at 3 pm got here at 10 am and still sitting on the side of the fence waiting for a door .. I hate a liar she should have put me back to shipping cause she has no clue what’s going on there we go home at 4 ya right …..

Very unorganized.Workers are overworked while managers delegate their own work so they can chit chat with their friends.This environment is surrounded by favoritism.Also, in their contract they say they can fire you without cause or reason. So if o e day they don’t like you and they are having a bad day. They can fire you. They even send you a text at 11pm to fire you too!
