Worst service! I'd give it less if I could. After just signing up for a policy, which I requested Autopay for, I found my policy had been canceled for nonpayment. tried to call to rectify the situation, but was met with incompetence and unwillingness to help. my friend told me they were no good when she had an accident to report with them.

This place is so unprofessional customer service hangs up the phone when you have been waiting at least 1 hour. I called to report their client backed into my truck and they seem to of course not care or called me back because it's there fault. It's already two weeks and still haven't got a claim# or a call back. I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone. They are so unprofessional.

The young females that work here are friendly and helpful. They always answer my questions and if needed put me on the phone with the correct specialist to get answers for whatever I need. More specifically they will do everything they can to help with claims even though that is not what they are in charge of.

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star . My car was parked and the car in front of me got hit by a drunk driver with no license or insurance , causing damage to my car as well . From the beginning of my claim it has been rude agent after rude agent . Not only that but everyone one of them has asked me to do their job for them . The first one asked me to go to the police station to get the report for him , this will speed your process up he said . The second one told me we were going through the persons whose car was hit and then hit me so I was asked to go get the persons information . Then the 3rd one calls back after me calling her 3 times . She tells me something completely different that since the person who hit the car in front of me has no insurance we need to go through my collision insurance . She calls the next day to ask me the same questions like she never started any process . Then I'm given the other adjusters number so I can call him and ask him when he will be going to see the car because she doesn't know this information. This is 5 days after the accident . Still nothing has been done . The agents sound like it's their first day and worse day put together . Every call sounded like I was disturbing them , those recorded calls obviously are not being monitored or Fred loya has very low standards for customer service . Then comes the worse part . My car was claimed a total loss . There was minimal damage but the adjuster claims it will be more than the car is worth. Since I'm still paying it off the way they do it is they will give you an amount take their $500 deductible and then keep your car . In total I did nothing and lost my car after making my payments and insurance I end up loosing the car and giving a perfectly working car to this screwed up company. They didn't even give me a rental . The adjusters prices are ridiculous they will go whatever way they can screw you in the worse way . I would've been better off not puting in a claim .
