We took or '59 Ford to a shop for a ton of work, part of which, was trans rebuild. (Cruise o Matic). They sent the trans out to Julian. When we got the car back, I was very disappointed with the shifts....not at all crisp. The mechanic at the main shop told me, "I know how to adjust the linkage, when I re-install it." Well, he did not. Made the trek to Santa Fe Springs and Julian did his magic. This is not a race car, but shifts like a Torque Flite. The man knows his stuff.
