I placed an order on a backordered printer in February of 2023. After learning that the printer I ordered is likely to not come into stock for several more months, I contact Dio with Foto Club and requested the order be canceled. He canceled it and said that a refund would be issued. It has now been over 2 weeks and I have yet to see my $1,100.00 refund. I have emailed, called the business, and called Dio's cell number (which is listed in his email response) to no avail. I have filed a claim with paypal and awaiting their response. Don't waste your time or money with this business.

One of my better vendors for most photo supplies for my photo printer, but I just recently found out they discontinued my media which means I’ll have to be investing in a new printer, new media $$$$$

They always available when I call to discuss any questions I have and always been very helpful. Placed an order and a day later I received an email stating that item was discontinued and a refund was processed. Waited 7 days and sent an email asking for an update, no response whatsoever. Tried again at day 10, no refund, no response, no updates. Contacted PayPal and they closed the case in my favor. No professionalism at all. At least they should of keep the buyer informed by answering their emails. If an item is discontinued, item should be removed from their website. False advertisement!

Loved this place! I needed help with getting a new printer and media for my photobooth. They went above and beyond by helping me install everything for my new photobooth software as well and making sure it prints out correctly. They are very knowledgeable and friendly, I definitely recommend this place!

I ordered Epson d700 ink over 60 days ago they would send me 1 ink every week or so. No email or phone call still owe me 2 inks and nothing. I ordered from Epson direct and recieved them in a week. I know that covid and supply chain has affected everyone I make follow up calls every week offering deposits back or they can keep thier place inline to my costumers .

Learning about photography and photobooth can be overwhelming at times. I've had some learning curbs, but when you have people like Rubin at Foto Club, you don't have to worry too much.
