Do not use fed ex, I paid for a 3 day express delivery and the driver lied and stated they tried to deliver. My door was open all day and my ring cam did not show anyone trying to deliver anything. Fed ex is horrible STAY AWAY.

I have a package that was supposed to be delivered today sun Nov. 5th between 9:30 and 1:30. I sat here waiting for that package because it is a gift that I was to give today. While sitting here waiting for my package I get a text message telling me that my package could not be delivered due to nobody at the location. Like I said I am sitting here all dressed up just waiting to get the package and go.and the lying driver will get away with it. I will not order any more items if they are shipping fedex will not use a lying service like them

People appearantly don't have much work ethic here because my shipments tend to sit at this location for 3+ business days before they finally decide to do their jobs and send it to the next location.

My package was "damaged" and no one thought to tell me. I called a total of three times the first two representatives said my package is coming. It took a third one to le me know they will not be delivering because it is "damaged". I don't believe it. Thanks fedex.

Transcribe.Another message comes in..."That needs to be in Brooklyn by tomorrow morning" it reads.A quick glance at the clock shows it is 5:00 p.m. Friday afternoon in Santa Fe Springs, California.Oh shiiiiiii...Seat belt- click. Shifter to D. Screech!!My Subaru corners true as I whip into the free street parking directly across from the entrance of the FedEx ship Center.No one in line. 5:18 p.m.When the woman buying the counter asks if I am dropping something off My reply is a terse " Yes ma'am and it's got to go 4000 mi by tomorrow!"She entered the address, name and phone number of the recipient straight from my phone screen in a flash and took my package directly through the back door to whatever hungry waiting hands were there to whisk it away before reappearing with my receipt and tracking number.5:29 p.m.Send text back to boss. Tracking and confirmation incoming.5/5 would deadline again

I've had the unfortunate experience of having two packages stolen, and it appears to be linked to a 3rd party team contracted by FedEx, specifically under the supervision of Jesus Navarrete. Unfortunately, the situation is exacerbated by the fact that our building has a Luxor One Package Delivery room, and I never received the notifications indicating that my packages had indeed been delivered.To add to the frustration, these packages contained essential car parts. It's essential for others to be cautious when dealing with FedEx's 3rd party contractors, particularly when ordering vital equipment or components, as there is a risk that they may not make it to your intended address.What's particularly baffling is that the delivery person took a picture of grass, which makes no sense in the context of a package delivery. I reached out to Danny at FedEx, and although he escalated the matter to their supervisor, Jesus, I was still directed to open a claim. I'm currently awaiting a resolution to this issue, as it's evident that my packages were stolen, likely due to the presence of the Luxor One Package Delivery room on our premises.

They said that they tried to deliver my package three times and failed to deliver it for all three times.There were my family at home all day for past week! I can't stop doubting that maybe they did not even came by to deliver the package as we never got any sort of notices such as door tags. The worst part is that this is not the first time that they were saying they made three atteFedEx.nd no one was at home! very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!9/13/2023 another complain.I always ordered to same company from Japan.Delivery guy always hold and delayed several days until release the sign.This time they send a message "delayed" every morning early time.I always wait at home my item.Never try to deliver.Delivery guy must be fired because of lie to the customer and neglect of duty and dereliction of duty.Worst customer service.

Poor service. The representatives are not on the same page and have provided me all different answers and info to the same question. Please provide a "we missed you" sticker when you say you are going to. On three attempts, the client received 0 notification.

I was very satisfied and content with the customer service I received from Norma CSA. I received a notification that FED-EX wasn’t able to deliver my package, so I drove to their location all the way from OC. Upon my arrival, to be exact, 7:30pm, Norma was already closing the doors and I asked her if she can please just allow me to pick up my package since I drove from a distance. She was very considerate and kind to help me and give me my package. I am truly grateful she helped me despite the fact she didn’t have to. Thank you, Norma once again!!!

Worst experience ever with a shipping company. I contacted FedEx approximately 4 times to inquire as to the status of my package as it was a very important package that required a signature but every time I called the only information they could give me was the information I could find myself on line when tracking my package. I missed the first delivery attempt in the morning and was told a second attempt would be made the same day before 8pm, however, a second attempt was never made. When I contacted FedEx I was told my package was at the sfs facility and would be delivered the following day. Mind you I never received an explanation as to why the alleged second attempt to deliver my package was never made as indicated on line and as reported to me by the FedEx worker when I called. The following day I had to call once again several times as there was no information in the tracking system regarding a window period as to when my package would be delivered. Once again I was provided with no help other than reiterating that the package was out for delivery since 9am. I find it hard to believe that they could not communicate with the driver to obtain an accurate status as to the delivery of my package. I finally spoke to a supervisor and it was useless as all I was told was that the package would be delivered by 4:30pm as the drivers have to be back at the facility by 5pm. Lesson learned never again will I use FedEx.

Misdelivering packages or just flat out stealing them is what you can expect from the delivery drivers at this Fedex. Hope this place gets shut down and all these people are out of a job. Just by looking at all the overall reviews from this specific location you can tell how badly managed it is.
