Talk about judgemental and rude and stereotyping. The ladies are extremely prejudice. Call security if your young and brown skinned. I decided not to go im my work uniform for once and no makeup and wow they decide to call security on me. Keep in mind I been coming to this store for over 10 years. The moment I look homeless they wanna lock me in the store and follow me around and call security. Ashamed.

Awful costumer service and extremely low quality clothes and heels. I bought heels here for 27$ and they ripped the same night that I wore them. I didn't receive a discount or store credit for the heels that sold me. Never buying from here again.

They have Plus sizes. Purchased several items I needed. Reasonable prices. Not greeted but everyone I spoke to was friendly. Would return in the future.

I came in to exchange some pants on Saturday because it was too big and I had forgotten the receipt. So I went back to get the receipt and the Asian lady who works in the morning refused to exchange them for me! She was so rude I just wanted to get something else and she was yelling at me! I went all the way to my house to get the receipt and she refused. She should not be working here. Every time I come in she is always looking at me as if I am going to steal something. She is discriminating me and others and is making us feel uncomfortable. The other workers are very nice and helpful but she needs to go.

I've been coming here since High School and they recently hired an Asian lady. This Asian lady is very rude she yelled at my kids because they were running and would tell them to be careful in a very rude way. Every time I go she is very rude to the girls. She talks to them in a rude way. She was forcing one of the girls to wear a mask she was screaming at her in front of all the customers! It is not mandatory to wear a mask! She really shouldn't be working there she makes us customers very uncomfortable too because she is always watching us. I was in the fitting room once and she knocked on the door loud and asked me how many items I was trying on, after this she kept following me. She didn't let me shop in peace! The company should really talk to her and give her a warning because she is going to make customers not come back. She shouldn't be yelling at the employees like that either she is very rude to everyone!

one big nope for me. seemed like there were 4 employees working but not one of them asked if i needed help. the racks are so jammed packed that it's hard to look at anything. i didn't see one thing that interested me. won't be back.

Before they used to have a lot of good clothes now they really don't have much all they have is a lot of flower crop tops it's just not something I would typically wear and all the dresses are terrible they need to restock their whole inventory

SAVE YOURSELF THE TRIP. Hours are wrong everywhere online. Google and Yelp say they close at 9pm. I walk up at 8pm and doors are locked. The actual sign in the store front that's posted doesn't have a closing time either so very confusing + unprofessional. What time do y'all close?! What a waste of gas.

They do not allow you to try on clothes. They do not refund you if you bought the wrong size due to not trying clothes on. They give you store credit only so you can be stuck in a cycle of buying only items from them that you do not know if they fit. Super inconvenient for school shopping.

My friend took me here they have super cute clothes unfortunately I didn't have money at the time if not I would have bought a few things I really loved hope to go back soon this time ready to do some serious shopping

Horrible customer service, walked in with my friend who had limited vision because of an eye infection and she was pushed two times by a customer and cussed out. This same customer cut her off in line and continued spewing hateful comments. Cashier saw this and chose to ignore it and help her instead. Don't come here if you're physically limited, they won't care

Not sure why this place isn't opening up their dressing rooms now. Everything is opened up now. I don't think it's right that I'm unable to try clothes on especially when I can't get a full refund on a purchased merchandise only credit. Hmmmm????

i went here to find a dress we wanted to exchange it for another and the lady was so rude, she gave us the rudest attitude and told us we should learn english before we tried to talk to her, it was the most rudest thing to say and it was out of line, no customer should have to hear that from a worker, i will not be coming here again, they have no respect for there customers.
