Customer Service is non-existent. Nobody ACTUALLY wants to help or do their job unless it's aligned with something they deem "their job" or you forcibly ask them to, at which point they will evade your requests or set it and forget it and tell you to "wait for a reply". All in all, kind people that don't really care about anything other than your money and cars.

EVASIVE is a good name because they EVADE good customer service. Ordered gear selector springs on Wednesday. It is now Monday and no tracking number was sent to me. I called today and spoke to them on the phone to cancel the order because no tracking was provided and was told it has already shipped from mtec, yet still no tracking number was provided. If you don’t have it in stock to begin with I would not have ordered it with you. They want me to wait for it to be shipped to my house then pay for return. What a joke. Bad customer service. Do not recommend ordering from Evasive Motorsports if you are looking for great customer service.

I've placed an order for my 05 rsx control arms. Needless to say, they are in high demand. I had to cancel my order with them after waiting so 6 their customer service was amazing! I definitely will be doing business with them in the future. Anyone who can put up with me checking orders 1 to 2 times a week and have spirit about it, has patients, and a good positive attitude. Just want to say "thanks guys, even though my first order was a dud, I'll be back

I ordered a radiator from Evasive that said it was in stock on their site. After placing the order I was then contacted saying it was on back order for 2-3 weeks. Okay fine I can wait, even though it says IN STOCK on the website. After waiting 3 weeks I began reaching out to Evasive. It took me reaching out SIX different times before I finally received a reply saying my radiator came in from the manufacturer. False advertising and poor customer service can guarantee I'm never ordering from them again.

I’m extremely picky and the car I brought them is the most expensive/rarest one I’ve owned.
Not only did they charge me 1/3 of what two other lesser known shops quoted, but they did a phenomenal job in an extremely timely fashion.
Communication was consistent and every employee was clearly a car enthusiast.
Great shop with great people— will return for future labor and parts ?

Evasive has been in the game for a while, that alone should tell you they’re trustworthy. Usually deal with Hugh, great customer service + knowledgeable, great guy. Guys in the back are courteous every time I pick up parts. Overall a well rounded company from their CX, actual parts service, social media, their environment is what shops should aspire to be.Had a worksbell steering wheel setup installed on my car + an alignment done. Happy with work, squeezed me in before a track day. Services prices may be higher to some, but you’re getting quality work done. Would rather pay a bit extra for labor to get jobs done correctly since these guys are keen to detail. Lots of places lack thatPpl complaining about parts not “in stock” and complaining about delayed shipments, are clearly new to the car scene. If it was easy and smart from a business stand point they would stock everything in existence but that doesn’t make sense, call beforehand to confirm if what you’re looking for is readily available. 24/7 website monitoring is unrealistic, just take the extra step to call/email. If parts are delayed, out of their control, remember theyre ETAs.

I placed an order for an HKS Spec L. I was informed the following work week that it is on back order. I was given the option of switching to Spec L-2 (and pay the difference of course) or wait. I decided to wait and received the catback in less than a month!The fast follow up by Evasive Motorsports is greatly appreciated. Very rarely do I have any follow up when ordering something and it turns out to be on backorder. I plan on ordering more BRZ/Gr86 parts from them in the future!

I brought my Civic Si in to install a set of Eibach springs and came back few weeks later for an alignment. The installation had no issues and my car rides like a dream! Josh was quick to respond to any of my questions and provided great info at my request, highly recommend! They are booked out a month or so usually, so I would consider that into timing your appointments.

Such a good place for aftermarket parts and accessories. Rims, suspension, aero, exhausts — they can get it all for your car! Aside from products, they also offer services like installation and alignment. Prices are pretty good.I came here on a few occasions, to pick up parts and to have my lowering springs installed. Service was good both times. Communication was good as the person who helped me replied promptly via email and answered all of the questions I had.Plenty of parking in the street and some spots in front of their office.Their services get booked quite far out, so plan accordingly!
