This may have been a good company at one time, but it sure isn't now. I sent them the motor from my Dewalt table saw that had overheated after over 8 years of hard service. They quoted me about $250 to rebuild the motor, rewind the motor, new commutator etc. Sounded like a good deal, a new table saw is about $800 dollars. When I got it back they had wound the motor backwards, pull it out, pay to ship it back to them. wait a few more weeks get it back and everything worked good. It was then winter so I didn't use the saw until the spring. I was cutting some 1x cedar for trim and all of a sudden it started sparking really bad so I shut it off, pulled the motor and inspected it. Everything looked good so I tested the stator and commutator and apparently the windings had shorted. It had a total of about 2 hours use. When I contacted John at Eurton he said send it in and we'll look at it. So I get a call from Charley and he says they can fix it for $350 and the design by Dewalt was bad (It lasted 8 years, Their rebuild lasted 2 hours) and I should have just bought a new table saw instead of having Eurton rebuild it. What a salesman! STAY AWAY!Update: Eurton's reply says it all about the company's dishonesty, If it was a bad design why would you rebuild it and charge me almost $300 instead of telling the customer it can't be rebuilt. And when it failed after 2 hours and I sent it in giving your company a chance to make it right you offered to rebuild it "right" for $350. I'd put the shovel down.

Sent in a treadmill motor in Jan 2022 for repair (knocking noise), took 2 months to get it back, and still making knocking noise (possibly worse). Sent in a video of the sound and they apologized and I sent it back in (I have paid about $135 in shipping so far). Another 2 months goes by and I do a status update to see what is going on and they said it was just shipped back and I should have it in a day or two. I received it back DOA, no indication of any damage on the box. When I turn it manually the shaft is wobbly. I contacted them saying I am not spending to ship it back again as I am already out $135. Never heard anything back. I was expecting for the trouble I have gone through that they would pick up the shipping. I disputed the repair charge with my CC company and got my repair amount refunded but still out my $135. Nice enough people on the phone, but I can't recommend them after what I went through.

We had a generac generator that had a shorted Stator/ rotor. Which was NLA from generac. We sent Eurton both them from alabama all the way to cali! It Did take the projected 2 weeks, BUT they informed me that they were short staffed just like we are. But Charley Always answered the phone and got me answers in suitable timeframes. We got back our parts and they worked like a charm! Thank you guys!

SO to be fair, I sent a motor to them and did not make contact because I lost my shipper / vendor info. It sat there for 8 months after the initial call for repair which I had to get back to my client with a quote. I received an E mail closing my order and being informed that they scrapped my motor, keep in mind they had $20.00 of mine for the very purpose of returning my motor to me. Included in the box was a note explaining that if not repairable please return motor to me. On the final closeout E mail that they sent to me after discarding it they acknowledge all of my contact info as well as the $20.00 bill they have sitting on their desk. Funny thing This reply matches the majority of the other replies here. These guys may be great at rebuilding motors, but their customer service is some of the worst I have seen. Oh by the way, I hate Yelp but this seemed a fitting reply and am comforted by other customers in the same boat. Stacy

Scam artists and completely unprofessional will be filling a fraud claim with my credit card company today.. they up charge and lie through their teeth... then when you hire an electrician to come prove they are wrong they stop answering emails... avoid at all costs there's a special place for people like this...

I had them rewind a Kubota 7kw generator stator that got fried. The rewound stator looked good an works great. The turnaround time was very close to what they said it would be. I'm very pleased with Eurton as the cost of rewinding was half the cost of a new stator.

What a horrible company, they never fix my electric motor but they ship it back to me and they told me that they fixed. And charge me $291 for nothing. They ask me to ship it back so they ca look it. once they receive my motor they said there’s nothing they can do about it. They won’t give me my refund back and won’t ship back my motor. They trick me to ship back the motor so they can refurbish and resell it for $400 online. They never got back to me since. It cost me $312.00 with shipping. They said if I want my motor back I have to pay shipping which cost $22.00Never do business with this company againI would give them a zero star if I can.
