The lovely cashier named Genesis ringed us up at around 12:45pm on August 14, 2023. She had a great attitude. Especially when she was having trouble with the scanner, she didn’t seem frustrated and instead giggled over the situation while eventually fixing the scanner. She’s also very gorgeous and pretty. I’m no cashier but she’s got a couple things on her I’d like to check out!

I went to this ElSuper today around 3:30 .I was getting a kiwi and the lady at counter 3 was so rude ..she tear up my bag and through all the kiwi on the counter. She is so rude. if she has a behavior like this she was not supposed to be working (her name starts with Letter R )

This is a terrible location to shop. The employees are disgruntled and they do they care. I asked the store employee for help in aiding to get some water, since I was already paying for my groceries. This employee named Marimar laughed at me and ignored me. I briefly met with the store manager named Remmy and he apologized. But don't even bother coming to this store. Go to Northgate. No wonder this location has terrible reviews

I’m a frequent shopper here and I was so disappointed and disgusted by the way, they handle the food. This establishment needs to learn how to teach their employees correctly on the basis of cross-contamination.I purchased some red meat today and also asked for some fish and the lady behind the counter used the same glove for handling both. And when I told her I didn’t want that piece and asked her if she could change her glove, she gave me the worst service that I’ve ever experienced in my life, and practically threw the fish at me.El Super need to do a better job on educating employees, and knowing how to show some basic respect for others.That was absolutely horrendous.

I do not normally shop here. I came to bring my grandmother a couple of times because she likes to buy fruit on Wednesdays because thats when they are on sale and the fruit taste better than other stores. She likes to buy all her meat from there.I bought my daughter some sweet bread and the bread was really soft and very tasty, I love when the bread is fresh makes it taste that much better. I loved the Mexican sour cream with salt it was really tasty.

This is the second time this happened to me. Last night I bought groceries it included 2 reese's packages and 2 6pack mini dr. Pepper sodas. Chocolates are expired and one can of soda was empty without soda inside.
