Needed a copier, was able to get me one in a timely manner. They connected and has been working for years. Same day service and supplies . I like how phone support was quick and resolved. Referred my wifes Dentist office where they have bought 2 copiers. We have referred to our sons Dr office. They have bought multiples for their different sites. I will continue with them and refer to any and everyone.

Great customer service, I never have an issue with service calls or getting toners in an emergency. Service calls are addressed onsite same day.

If you need copiers this is the place to go. Have been with them a long time and they have always treated me right. I don't even have to ask for toner, they track it from their side and just send out if we get low. Chris is great, always willing to go out of his way to help if needed.

This company by far is amazing I'm not sure why there are 2 other reviews on here talking bad when in all reality this company is great, good customer service quick to answer questions and concerns Carlos is very helpful and kind has never given me a hard time and is always able to answer any of my questions I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of good quality service

I would like to start by saying how happy I am to finally find a company that actually understands what I needed to run my business and keep my printing cost down and be more efficient. When we meet for the first time they actually listen to what I needed and what my budget was. They went above and beyond to make things work for my business they presented me with different options and scenarios that would help my business with cost and time. Not once did they ever try up sell me on big expensive equipment or machines. They were very honest and very competitive with the prices I got several quotes from other companies and by far this company was the best very competitive and more knowledgeable of the equipment they were presenting me with. I have been with digital image solutions for about 6yrs and never have I experience a bad time with them they have a very good and fast service dept and when you need service or you have machine problems they are very fast to respond and get someone on site if they cannot diagnose the problem over the phone. I would definitely recommend them to anybody in need and good printing equipment or tech support Digital image solutions is a honest company that will work with you till the end.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone if my life depended on it. After four years of leasing an old printer/copier with a worthless service contract, I am completely DISSATISFIED. I urge anyone who has a need for business printing/copying to seek elsewhere and save yourself from the hassle, horrible customer service, snappy and rude representatives, and people who just don't deserve your business. I don't know an easier way to explain it. AVOID!!!! From service technicians (Carlos) who thinks they are right about absolutely everything to dry and rude customer service (or lack of) on the phone. I've been dealing with countless headaches and a complete nightmare.
