It was easy to schedule my first service here. They have fair prices and they do quick work. They communicate well even before your appointment and my truck is running better than ever. You can tell they have a good team and they're running like a well oiled machine. I will be back.

I wanted to like this place. It was highly recommended, and I saw from their social media that the owner seems honest and transparent.
But I cannot recommend it as my experience could have been better.
1. When you call, there is no voicemail; they ask you to text them, and then they will call you back.
2. When you do text, be prepared not to hear back.
3. When you call, be prepared not to avoid having them answer the phone.
4. Once you hear back, be prepared to be ignored or ghosted until you reach out again.
5. Be prepared never to have your issue addressed or even bring in your car.
Day one: After multiple calls, I was able to speak to someone and explain my issue. They said they would call me back, but they never did. I had to call them again and was told to text them my issue with documentation. I did that and was told I would get a call, but the call never came.
Day Two: No call or text. I called multiple times, and there was no answer.
Day three: No call or text. I texted them to say I was going to take my business elsewhere. Finally, I got a text to apologize, but nothing about my issue, whether they would work on my car, or even a courtesy call.
I cannot recommend it as they never allowed me to have my car worked on or even looked at. I can say that whoever handles their communication may ignore you, may never get back to you, and you may have a hard time speaking to an actual person, on top of never getting the opportunity to take your car, at least to have it looked at.

Went in for vehicle inspection. Clunking noise on my rear passenger side after coilover installation whenever I hit speed bumps and dips. Went to different shops but they couldn’t figure it out. I thought it was a serious issue but Mr. Wil saw the issue in no time. I was out in less than 20 mins. It was my extension dampers hitting the body from time to time that is causing the issue. My hour drive was worth it! Will definitely come back for future needs! I definitely recommended this shop!!!

Will and his team work so hard and make sure the customer is satisfied. I had my ball joints replaced and tie rods.. apart from other services.. I was amazed they completed all the services in one day. You truly respect their price, effort and commitment they put into their services. Will definitely would recommend this shop to anyone for anything. Ty Will and Concept 3 for helping my Taco feel super smooth ?

Non professional, waste of time. No answer on any calls. Voice message says to text, same no response to texts. Rather give my business to someone who is bothered to answer.

Check their IG stories for daily updates! Sometimes they have available spots that they announce. Amazing service! Will is honest and to the point. No shenanigans here.
