Had a great experience with this company. Called Commercial Truck & Forklift to repair our freightliner brake dash valve. They had it fixed really fast, using Original parts. What was impressive is that they did a free COVID cleaning to the inside of our truck. Thanks for your professional service! We will be using you in the future.

Do not do business with Efren, potentially putting your employees life at risk. He also charges above the market rate, make sure you get second opinions and do not let him take your forklift out of the shop! He just bills up the butt.

Reached out for help on one of our forklifts that had a start issue, I explained to the gentlemen on the phone that I knew nothing about forklifts and that the warehouse worker had said it was a starting switch on the dash. The gentlemen on the phone said for me not to worry and that he would send a technician out to us. He said that it could be many things that could be causing the no start, that it would need to be properly diagnosed. So they came out and found that it was a starter problem and actually had parts on their service truck and fixed it right away. I felt really comfortable with both the guy on the phone and also with the technician that was sent out. This company also inspected my other equipment for any safety issues and also set up a discounted rate on future maintenance, Thanks for making this a quick and easy experience!! A+

Commercial truck & forklift service came out same day. Checked out our Toyota forklift, provided estimate and stuck to estimate. Very reasonable and completed service. Within one hour got us up and running, job well done by Commercial Truck & Forklift. Efren answered all our questions with professionalism, will definitely call them back out. I manage a small business with 4 forklifts, we import machinery products from Italy. We called Commercial Forklift to come out and do a yearly service and maintenance on our lifts, that we were a couple years behind on. Efren came out and thoroughly inspected the lifts, including tires, battery, oil levels, side shift, chains, and all lube points. He was prepared and had all the parts we needed on his truck. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Just a little background information I have been doing business with Efren for my business for a couple years now. In the beginning Efren Aguilar was professional and took care of jobs although his prices were never the cheapest. In the last year service and attitude has completely changed. There was an instance when I hired him to do a job and he quoted me and we agreed. He came and completed the job and I left my warehouse manager a check to pay after completion. When I got back to the office the next day I realized he over charged me $70.00 which I was upset about but he Efren told me he would credit me on my next PM service (He never honored this to this day..) Fast forward to last month we had to have our starter motor changed and I hired Efren to get the job done hoping that we could get my credit for the overcharged job. It took him a couple weeks to finally make time to come do the job which was fine we understand that people can be busy and forklifts break unexpectedly I am sure for all his customers. He got the starter replaced and about a week later we had another issue with a hose leaking. My warehouse manager noticed that the starter motor was acting up again, when Mario his tech stopped by my warehouse to replace the leaking hose he automatically told me and my manager that the starter they installed was no good and that it was under warranty. Mario said he will get a new starter and return Tuesday (today) to do get that replaced. Welp I call Efren today to see if he can get the job done and he tells me because the starter technically still starts the lift even though it is faulty the manufacturer will not replace it. I call around to local lift services and they say 100% that the man. will warranty the starter given our issue. I tried to tell Efren since he does not want to do the work anymore if he can just drop off the new part or if he can tell me where he got it so I can go myself just to get a new starter and pay another service to reinstall it. Efren was very rude and I posted pics of the text convo of how he accused me and disrespected me. I advise that anyone doing business with him make sure to check invoices and make sure charges are adequate and not different every time. Also please call around and get a second opinion on price before pulling the trigger with him. He says if we want the starter fixed we will have to pay for a new one on top of all the labor, btw we still have not even received our $70 credit that he overcharged us for. He also tried to charge me $600.00 for a hose replacement that took Mario less than an hour to replace. The hose itself cost $80.00 at LA Lift Services right up the road. I am also in shock with how he came at me and insulted my business. I work hard for everything I have and maybe he saw me has his personal piggy bank but no business man should talk to a customer in the manner that is shown in the pictures. Bigger companies need to be mindful before hiring this company they will take advantage of you without you knowing.

Great service overall. If i could give more then 5 stars i would. i reached out to Efren the owner told him about our forklift having issues. I've had 4 other companies come and try and fix the issue, and they have been unsuccessful. Efren came after 5pm(same-day service within 4 hours of my phone call) with his best mechanic and right away identified the problem and fixed our forklift.highly recommend this company. Efren goes above and beyond for his customers. I'm glad we found a reliable company to service our forklift and pallet jacks from here on out.

I am Operations Manager for a local company, and our forklift was in desperate need of service. I spoke to Efren, and he had Mario come out and help us within a day's notice. Not only was the service quick, but it was detailed, and most importantly FRIENDLY! Efren was such a pleasure to communicate with on the phone, he was proactive and quick. I needed to fix my forklift and I found this company on yelp. They inspected my forklift and told me exactly what was wrong with it and fixed. and they clean up the forklift. Now it's like bland new....high recommended... thank you Efren Aguilar....

First off I am BIG on SERVICE!! Its rare for it to be Amazing and thats what I got with Efren and his partner when they hooked me up! It was 7:30 pm and I had just said yes to buying a forklift site un seen from a rental co. The deal was so good that I was nervous somethinh was wrong with it. Thats when I headed for yelp to find a Forklift repair guy who would hopefully drive out to the valley with only 12 hour notice. I called other companies and nothing. They were all out for the holidays is what the machine said. Then I called Efren and he said you got it ill help you out and be there. He came, he saw -he approved. Me HAPPY! The End:))))))))))

My forklift had an emergency in the field late Friday night. These guys not only responded in an hour to the location but gave me a diagnosis almost immediately. They, unfortunately, weren't able to fix the issue on Friday night. However, they cleaned up all of the mess and did damage control for me with my customer. Mario immediately brought the needed part on Saturday morning to my warehouse and we were able to get back to my customer by noon (as promised to both me and my customer by Mario) and the day was saved. Really appreciate these guys and look forward to working with them moving forward.
