Rude staff I was inquiring about a room and I asked the Lobby guy for his name he said "It's not necessary he will be there all day" when I asked again He said the same thing and hung up on me. I will never go here.

The room was clean. I could hear the laughter of children outside at the pool during the day, which was nice, and not very much noise at night. I had a very good night's rest and felt content at check out. Also, the place and it's surroundings we're very well lit at night, you can see everything clearly, no shadows big enough to hide anything in - this is what i liked very much. :DNoteworthy details: The outdoor lighting at night is fantastic.

Location is close to freeway and border cities. Staff is polite, they make check in easy and the rate is affordable. Rooms have clean towels, hairdryers and comfortable beds. Wi-Fi connection is good and having a laundry facility is a bonus. If you're looking to stay one or multiple days it's a place you can safely stay without unnecessary traffic and park your vehicle without concern of vandalism or a break in. If ever in the area, I would book this place again!

The staff are very rude and talk down to you they are not helpful what so ever they quote you one price and charge you another they have a lot of people parking all over parking lot I was a good customer and they didn't care when I hurtyself on there property they threw me outNearby activities: None avAilable

I am overall satisfied with my stays at the budget inn in Santa Fe Springs. I prefer this location to the Bellflower location.They always have low rates, which are really convenient and way more affordable than most motels. The handyman is awesome and is very helpful if or when there is ever an issue/need anything fixed. The owners are awesome, kind hearted people. Will definitely stay here again.

Great customer service, great hospitality and very friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel to anyone who needs an affordable room, close to freeway and other public places. I look forward to staying here again when I'm the area!!!

This hotel was very nasty. The mini fridge was very dirty and the mirrors too. They had bed bugs. My mom was bite by one.

Everything about this experience sucked ?The location was hard to get to.. but most importantly the guest receptionist Sani was extremely rude.. and wanted cash.. He even gestured witb his fingers as if to hand over the money.. as soon as I gave him cash.. then he looked at me and said needed card for a deposit. why did he do that motion with the cash then?? Anyway. ..I was sooo tired of arguing with him and fortunately for the business I was extremely tired. Bed was ok.. but saw a roach .. eww.. again Sleep is more important.SKIP this motel.. unless you feel you ant drive. SERVICE FROM SANI WAS RUDE!
