Had to get one my rear view light fixed. Just made a call, talked to Aaron, he helped guide me on what I can do about my car. Aaron also fixed my car as well. Aaron and his co workers were really friendly. Great service. I recommend this autozone.

Hello! Today I visited Autozone in Santa Fe Springs. I was assisted by Franky G. Please let his supervisor know that he is an amazing employee! We came in for a connector hose kit for the wiper blade fluid. Didn’t find exactly what we needed in the repair kit but Franky went above and beyond to locate something we might be able to use and it worked! Thank him again for us!!

Cashier working the morning of 4/27 accused me of stealing after paying for my items. She even said one of the items trips up sensor at the entrance easily but even still she accused me of stealing. Pretty unprofessional and she should think before she accuses of people.

If there were zero stars I would give it, a bad-tempered lady came out and reluctantly told me to take out my scooter and I called the attention of a salesperson who treated me very well, I didn't know that you couldn't enter.
What an ugly way to get that lady's attention, she is a racist because of the way she says things.
I hope this lady's boss draws attention 04/04/24 time 11:30am

Horrible customer service by Dimitri. I asked for help with my battery and he rolled his eyes sighed so hard. He was sloppy had food crumbs on his mouth. Arms and head hanging he was so bothered he came outside with me and then passed me off to Tina his manager to help me. She said ok but had to go get cookies from starbucks first and left me standing there. She did help me change my battery she was nice but forgot to put a part back on and asked if I could do it myself later! I said no I just spent 200.00 dollars and I want it done right. She did it right. She was pleasant but my total experience there was ridiculous! Dimitri needs to learn customer service skills. He kept pushing all the customers to Tina his boss and stood there doing nothing. He even had a call for a parts check on speaker while Tina was out buying cookies and wouldn't even look for the Radiator left them on hold also till Tina came back with cookies? Her excuse for him was he had to get up early this morning. RIDICULOUS!

Best autozone i ever been to. I went in for windshield wipers and carpet cleaner. They had a good selection and it was easy to find. I was helped by Tina. She was extremely helpful and nice. A1 customer service at this location.

Tina helped me replace the battery.She showed me what battery I have and showed me a variety of batteries they got. I asked what's the difference between them was, and she easily explained the differences between them.Replacing took about 5 or 7 mins to do, probably a lot longer if I did it myself.
