New to their services and so far everything has been very pleasant. Everyone was able to answer my questions in one call from customer services, billing, and product specialist. Product specialist called me to ensure I have no difficulty to operate my equipment and answered all my concerns.

I would have gone lower on the rating but Joy recently helped me by listening and giving me options. Prior to this, my equipment took almost 3 weeks to arrive instead of 3 business days. No one offered me a therapist appointment and just sent me a mask that I could not even use properly because I wasn’t given a choice. The phone system is not straightforward and you spent an average of 30 minutes just waiting.

Initial order delivered incomplete. Also wrong delivery address. Order completion was also going to be delivered to the wrong address. Although issues were discussed with Customer Support, no notes were recorded in the file and the delivery address was not corrected.

The absolute worst, most unprofessional and completely unreliable company. Their customer service people are obviously not correctly trained. I was yelled at by a customer service representative while her child was in the background of our phone conversation. This company put the lives of the poor drivers they sub out to in danger by letting them transport oxygen tanks in extremely unsafe situations with no safety measures to be followed. This is illegal!! They have no regard to anyone. But they sure get their $$$$$$&..

"0000000" thumbs down! Thee worst company to deal with. Give me a window time if when you'll be coming to pick up the equipment. Still didn't come. Waited 5 hours and the guy calls and said I'm out by an hour do you still want be to come or reschedule? I asked what time tomorrow? As soon as he said window time I put the brakes on and told him to get his as over here tonight and pick up your equipment or I'll throw it out! Your company sucks!

Horrible customer service.Since April, I've cancelled their wheelchair services and asked the company to pick up the wheelchair that was provided by them. They refuse to pick up the equipment (wheelchair) and continue to charge me for the service.When I call them to address the issue, they disconnect the line and will not answer my calls when I call them back.My health insurance company also contacted them and advised them that the wheelchair services are no longer needed.I spoke to an Apria representative and they told me they are not going to pick up the wheelchair and yet again, I received an invoice.Has anyone dealt with this before.... please I need help.

THeir expediency and management is very lacking. They do not have any desire to care for their customers. If you can use another service I would suggest you do. You could die waiting for them.......

The service was absolutely horrible. My doctor authorized and requested crutches for and pained tendon and knee. I received several calls from Apria and each time I returned the call I was on hold for 30 minutes or more and never got through to a person. Furthermore I did not receive the equipment until 7 days later only to receive a toilet seat and a wheel chair. Please note I never received the crutches which was the only equipment needed. Kaiser must select their third party company carefully. I would not ever recommend Apria. Just the worst experience ever!

I think they're great... Very polite and attentive... Quick to respond back and very helpful... also there was an issue with my mom's walker so they were quick to fix the problem and my mom received her walker fast and in time... Thanks to companies like this one that makes it easier for the families who have to help their loved ones... Thank you

I'm so glad you offered this home care service to me. Hospital's are so uncomfortable. All, everyone on my care team did excellent work to ensure my health was getting better, I couldn't of ask for a better health team. Raises for everyone!!!Thank you

Older white lady that works at the front desk always tries to act like the place closes at 4PM when they close at 5PM. She locks the front door and she gives alot of attitude and gives you smart mouth remarks. Replace her and this place would have 5 stars.

The consistant- emails from your organization are extensive! I made a one time purchase- it does not mach all the emails. This is one of the only reason for me to not do service with Aspria.

The gentlemen that delivered the oxygen equipment for my aunt were very kind and patient, they explained everything with great detail. Also, whenever I have called Apria, their representatives are very helpful and give great customer service.

I have had to deal with this local branch several times. I was placed on auto-ship and called in to be removed because I don't like to have things left on my porch. Apparently I had a shipment last December that I did not receive. It was delivered to but either the box was stolen or delivered to an incorrect address. I called and explained that I did not receive that shipment and they refused to write off $157.15 or ship out another box. The most horrible customer service! They are rude and seem to feel entitled because they are contracted with insurance. Fortunately, I have discovered that I can buy many items for less than my copay from other DME vendors.
