“I bought my LG washer and dryer from Team SoCal in 2019. Great experience and price at time of purchase. The washer was throwing up an error code. I was unable to fix despite troubleshooting and changing parts on my own. I called Team SoCal. They sent Polo, the technician, and he thoroughly and patiently solved the problem. Awesome service from Polo and the company. I highly recommend them.”

The only reason I wont take my business somewhere else is because of Gustavo and how he has treated me. Gustavo even remembered my last name and what I ordered. Ferguson better thank Gustavo for saving them customer/business. Sergio should go thru a customer service training course in my opinion. As a business owner myself I would never allow my employees to treat any customer as I was treated especially after spending thousands of dollars with ferguson in the past.”

“I would recommend very highly so I rated five stars. Very fair prices for what they deliver even during shortages and other problems like the pandemic and its continuing issues. My roomates do not respect the non smoking laws for the most part (a lot do but the ones that dont dont) they are new jersey minded I guess, and my consult worked out good. Have a very small unit and the smokers are mainly below deck so when it comes in being able to sit in the atem is helpful. Only downside is they dont care and I care about them which iq cant do too much about. Great prices also.”

“June 2022We have called Appliance Masters twice for different Issues on our Thermador freezer. Both times,we were/are very pleased with the service received. Most recently we called because the freezer was not functioning (Tuesday night). I called the next day and they were able to send a technician on Friday morning. We were informed of the service call fee which would be applied to any necessary repair. Communication & timeliness:I received a reminder the night before the appointment, a call and text when the technician was on his way. Efren arrived on time. He quickly assessed the problem and explained what part needed replacement. He had the part in the truck, thankfully. Service:Efren was very professional and efficient. Work was completed quickly and neatly. We would not hesitate to call this company should have future issues with our appliances. (They also did an under warranty repair for our Viking range-oven 13 years ago!)”
